Account retention rules updated

Account retention rules:
            1. (Master) Extreme User and above users will always be retained;
            2. (Brigadier) The account of Veteran User and above users will not be deleted after the account is sealed (in the control panel);
            3. The user who archived the account without logging in for 180 consecutive days will delete the account;
            4. Users who have not sealed accounts will be deleted if they do not log in for 90 consecutive days;

Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban
