Libranet is 10 years old! 10 years ago, in early January, a country woke up to the fact that the then only book torrent site, BitBook, had suddenly disappeared. At that point, a relatively accustomed team set out to fill this void by sobering out the New Year’s Eve party and setting up a torrent page at an extremely fast rate from a sudden start-up. There were those who said they would be begging for life, there were those who immediately came out of the old team of moderators to help with this work, and of course you were the ones who started using the page you started at the time. Over the years, a lot of "misfortune" has tried to take the site, where there was a problem with the server, where with the domain (which has disappeared), but you still stood by us, you kept the soul in us when you had to. In addition to your amazing perseverance, the uploaders have lined up - and still do - content for you. A torrent site would not exist without them either. I remember when the old BitBook moderator team approached me, we were inexperienced on the whole topic. They helped a lot, and I think a joint work resulted in the starting point 10 years ago. Of course he had diseases, as they always will. It’s such a genre that if they weren’t, there wouldn’t be a need for me to program the site in my spare time or for the work of the moderator team. The site's moderators work every day of the week to make the site even better and, of course, to make the site work in a more organized way. They'll screw me up too, if I'm far behind with a development ... The current image of the site, as it now works, is currently provided by version 4758, which is the result of a lot of changes and improvements. There are times when it fails (be careful not to program a torrent page drunk), there are times when it expands, it changes many times, but one thing can no longer be taken away from Libranet: 10 years have been working to get you to read and listen to every day. The site has been entrusted to the graces of supporters from the beginning. Without them, the site could not have started or stayed up. In 10 years, that means so many people that we can’t even list it (mostly for privacy reasons), but that doesn’t detract from their merits. One day, maybe the annual team builder will get some support, but we'll be drinking ourselves for 3 days, if the virus doesn't wash the party :D The Libranet has always given me the opportunity to give something good, to the Hungarian people on the border from here and beyond, that is invaluable: the experience of reading (and listening to music so that Papo is not offended). Thank you all for being here and so on for at least another 10 years! PaLa
