Dear users!

Unfortunately, even today, many newcomers believe that for some reason, they have no redistribution obligations after downloading.

-All newly arrived, registered users have accepted the policy after logging in.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that an increased seed control will take place again this weekend. Users who do not respect the uploaders' work will be sanctioned and will be removed from the seed!

-As a result, the rules will be modified as follows during the weekend:
Slot Change:
Rank / Maximum number of downloadable torrents depending on redistribution

Rookie 3 pieces

User 20 pieces

Member 35 pieces

SuperTag 50 pieces

Redistribution obligation remains unchanged:
Per torrent/slot: 16 hours
Of which, after downloading: 3 hours are MANDATORY!

New users cannot upload torrents to the site, but they can use the REQUESTS and user search options! (argument 23/02/05)

-Conditions and retention of upload rank:
- Upload torrents to the site (at least 20 per week)
-Seed speed: Minimum 5Megabit/s
-Seed time: at least 3 hours per day!
-The rank can be revoked at any time (*), when uploading, only enter the seed time and speed values that you can undertake, if this is not done in this way, then after the verbal invitation, the rank and the right to upload may be taken away! (unless you indicate in time the problem that may arise at the given moment)

*We already know the "my computer doesn't work all day" type, our answer to this is that uploading is not mandatory, and the rank can be revoked at any time, without any penalty! (we are aware that the PC will not work all day.. but then do not enter NON-STOP seed time data when uploading and there will be no problem.)

-Active SEEDing (in the case of a NATed network, which only provides a passive connection, the maximum upload size for 1 torrent can be 1.5 GB (1536 MB).)

-The user is responsible for the functioning of the uploader's bittorrent client, it is worth always using the latest STABLE, non-BETA torrent client so that the "tracker" can communicate properly!

- Seeding from mobile phones and laptops is still not recommended!

Seeder rank: The user who can provide ACTIVE seed for the existing torrent file in the long term can automatically get seeder rank.

The RESEED function is provided for them, with which you can "take over" a torrent/torrents that have been dead for 24 hours from the original uploader.

Amount required to upgrade: seeding 300 torrents.
Amount required to keep: seeding 250 torrents
Seed time: Minimum daily average of 8 hours!

ATTENTION: Any kind of helpful intention ("I'll help you share", "Here and there I found this and that" is welcome, and we will give you the rank (Seeder) if the user indicates it (HelpDesk menu item)! The message board is not the most suitable place for the detected reporting problems!

There are people who act like this, we thank them very much for what they have done so far, we count on them, just as they can count on us if they need help!

ATTENTION: By "DOWNLOADING" the torrent, the user has an obligation to redistribute it in ALL CASES (even if he has the files)
