hope this finds you in good stead? From my side, it's utter chaos, having just moved house, new town, new internet etc. etc. and lots and lots of problems concerning power outages due to a mentally retarded ruling people stealing faster than money can be generated. Viva Africa. Each to his own and all yours is mine too is our motto it seems. I just finished a 6-day period with no electricity and now we're in a cycle of 4 hrs power, 2 hours no power all the time.

But I try and make the most of this, and still edit books, upload books, chat, and so on. Life goes on, no matter how crappy things are at the moment, eh, as they say, this too shall pass. Our editors and staff are working their guts out removing all "collections" abominations from site and replacing them with single instance uploads of all books concerned. Truly an outstanding task being performed by them, thanks.

I personally have 2394 new audiobooks ready for upload, and they'll be done as soon as my internet gets upgraded end of April. ATM I work on a 4mb down .4mb up link. It's worse than the dial-up links we used in the early 80's. But yet again, this too shall pass, and as soon as I can use a sorta halfway decent upload speed they'll start flowing in again.
Many thanks to the 93 members that have donated a fiver this year. 93 members. That's 93 out of 5000 total. Impressive isn't it. I can just shake my head in awe and wonder at this. It is 1.86% of member base.
Have YOU done a fiver yet? If not, why not, is the book selection not good enough, do you not get what you want? Because it CERTAINLY can't be because you cannot afford it, hahaha pull the other one, 40 cents a month? Unaffordable? again, Pull the other one.
