What is the most embarrassing thing you have done?

Well i just did something pretty embarrassing and i was wondering what other people have done that is really embarrassing?

I was at the store today with my girlfriend and I was off doing something else and I went to go look for her. Well I found her and I came up behind her and slapped her ass pretty hard. While this is where it gets embarrassing she turned around and it wasn't her it was some random girl that looked exactly like her and she slapped me right in the face. Probably the most embarrassing thing I have ever done and ever will do.
