Need help transferring torrents from uTorrent to ruTorrent

I just purchased a seedbox and I'm trying to use ruTorrent. I want to transfer my torrent that are on uTorrent on my computer to ruTorrent on my seedbox.

Hey Drew,

This is pretty easy. Download an FTP program, either filezilla or cuteFTP. Use the instructions that your seedbox provider gave you to access your files.

alternatively find the server name, username and password (probably in an email they sent you) and log in to your server like that.

once you are logged in, then you will want to find the watch folder and put the (dot)torrent/.torrent file in there, ru torrent will then automatically start downloading that torrent after 10 minutes. To move files just drag and drop or click and copy+paste.

if your file is partially complete then you can transfer the .torrent file as above, and also the data that you have downloaded on your home computer. The data should be moved to a different folder, probably called data. you can add a small torrent to ruTorrent to find out where it puts the data on your server.
