Um, I don't know how I missed this but.....

This raises a lot of ethics questions, but just the mere fact that they are just going to be able to blacklist something is giving up a serious freedom.

China and Iran are two nations that do this, I can see much abuse of power coming from this bill...

Introduced September 20, 2010

Referred To Senate Judiciary Committee

Although there is a note on Govtracks.us where you can actually find this bill (S.3804) that states this is in the first stage of the bill process ("I'm just a bill, sitting here on capitol hill" Anyone? Anyone?) and that most bills do not make it out of Committee status. I imagine this bill amongst other things, has a lot of money riding on it (and surely backing).

All you have to say is I disagree with censorship.
