FIONA O’Loughlin has been crowned queen of the jungle in the finale of I’m A Celebrity: Get Me Out Of Here!
The Australian comedian, 54, has now let rip on who she liked and loathed in the jungle and didn’t hold back while she was interviewed on hit105 by Stav, Abboy and Matt today.

She made it clear David Oldfield and his wife Lisa, were not her favourite intruders.

“I won’t be ever going out of my way — in fact I’d cross the road — before I’d ever be in contact with David Oldfield again,” she said.

O’Loughlin said she was right on boxer Danny Green’s side as his feud with Real Housewives of Melbourne star Jackie Gillies continued on the show.

“Jackie was, at times, taxing. I really don’t think it’s fair that she’s intimated online that she felt bullied or intimidated by Danny Green. That simply wasn’t the case. The boys in there — we were so lucky, wall-to-wall gentlemen,” she said.

O’Loughlin said she was convinced by Gillies’ psychic capabilities — but slammed US celebrity psychic John Edward, who gave a reading to the cast. She said his moment on the show was a “performance”.

“I just think it’s an odd thing to do for a living, to charge people to tell them ... personally, I don’t think the future’s ours to see,” she said.

“What makes me always get the giggles with that type of psychic is when he says, ‘I’m hearing a ‘J’ name ...’ Like, if they’re going to come all the way from the other side, why wouldn’t they just give you their first name and their last name? Why are spirits just dropping these weird hints and directing him to one specific area of the room?

“Then he’d look at me and say, ‘You’re grandmother’s passed.’ Well of course she has — I’m 54, you idiot.”

O’Loughlin got on well with model Simone Holtznagel.

“Simone was absolutely hilarious. I really had her pegged as the outside favourite. I think what Simone did was really turned the pretty model myth on its head. She did those challenges, not just with courage, but with a grin! It was like Grace Kelly eating a testicle, if you can imagine such a thing,” she said.

Her comments come after she pipped Aussie rocker Shannon Noll to the post to win the Ten reality series, with Noll’s reaction to coming in second yet again — after his infamous Australian Idol loss to Guy Sebastian — absolutely hilarious.

When asked about his reaction to seeing his wife and kids on the show by a KIIS FM producer he didn’t hold back.

“Shannon, when you saw your wife ... it seriously looked like you were ready to jump her. It looked like you had a stiffy,” the producer said.

“I’ll tell you honestly, I didn’t have wood for six weeks because I tell you what, there was a lot going on,” Noll said to Kyle and Jackie O on KIIS FM today.

“But I had wood this afternoon and it didn’t let me down. And on top of that I lived up to my reputation of coming second once again!”

Now that I’m A Celeb has finished, Noll is preparing to release Unbroken, his first new album in seven years, and will be touring Australia in May.
Meantime, O’Loughlin said she felt like “the luckiest duck alive”.

“Without a doubt the jungle has changed me. I will never take anything for granted again,” she said.

It’s a sweet victory for the popular funny woman, who before going into the jungle told News Corp of her struggle to stay sober after years of alcohol abuse.

“I have an alcoholic mind, I will always have an alcoholic mind,” the mother-of-five said.

“And that alcoholic mind will at times tell me that it is a good idea to have a drink. It is a cunning, powerful and baffling disease. What I do every single day is just not have that first drink. You can’t get drunk if you don’t have the first drink. Don’t have the first one under any circumstances.”

Boxer Danny Green placed third.

“It has been such a life changing incredible experience,” Green said.

“I never thought that I would get this much out of it. I have met some fantastic people, I’ve made some new friends for the rest of my life.”

As the runner-up, Noll’s silver feat will be likened to him falling second to Sebastian on the first season of Australian Idol in 2003.

Contestants have spent the past six weeks living in the South African jungle, surviving on basic food rations and competing in various challenges in the hope of winning the series title and $100,000 for their chosen charity.

British cricketer Freddie Flintoff won the first season while Brendan Fevola took home the crown in the second series and Casey Donovan was crowned queen of the jungle last year.

For O’Loughlin, the charity is Angel Flight and Noll is competing for the Black Dog Institute.

“Good luck Fiona, I hope you make it through,” musician Paul Kelly said in a message of support. “Come home safe.”

Of her experience in the jungle, O’Loughlin said: “Without a doubt the jungle has changed me. I will never take anything for granted again. I just feel like the luckiest duck alive.”

Noll agreed: “I wasn’t sure how I would go with this and I turned out to be way tougher than I thought it would be. I think it is great to test yourself. That is how you find out what you’re made of. I would love to not come second this time.”

Guy Sebastian, who beat Noll in the first series of Australian Idol, sent a message of support to the singer.

“Last time I wished you luck was on the Idol stage and it didn’t pan out very well for you then so hopefully it will pan out even better for you this time.”
