This PM is being sent to all members in all classes. However, the only people who need to pay attention or read this PM in full are people who use invite sites, or who use tracker discussion forums that have an invite section. Basically this PM is to remind all of our users that invite sites are a big no-no, and merely being a member of an invite site can get you banned here for life, no exceptions. Any site built around invite trading/selling, or the trading/selling of tracker accounts, is exactly the kind of place we are talking about. We're also referring to most invite giveaway sites as well. Sites such as torrent-invites.com and Etiv are two specific examples of invite giveaway sites that will get you banned here if you are a member of them. Sites such as these refuse to cooperate with trackers or respect a trackers rules regarding the use of invites, they have shady staff often associated with invite trading and selling, and are a hotbed for where banned invite sellers go to get new accounts. All around bad/shady places basically, and anyone who patronizes them with membership is thereby supporting a site that is detrimental to private trackers and is profiting off private trackers. So how can you resolve this situation if you are a member of such sites? Take us up on our amnesty offer that has existed for ages (we recently updated it). Just send a Staff PM to the Moderator class and explain what invite sites you are/were a member of, what your username is/was, and what kind of activity you participated in. This amnesty offer is for invite traders and sellers too, so long as they come completely clean to us. Members who are on invite sites and who refuse to take us up on this amnesty offer will be banned without warning and without recourse.
