Not really old tv series, but series that have ended, are not aired anymore. Most of it is tv shows from the past century, but there also recent tv series that have finished.

When a show ends it is stored in the vault.

TVChaosUK is way better. The Empire has very little peers per torrent, not that much new stuff and lots of limitations for new users. Building ratio is way too difficult.

The tracker is now very inactive, it's way past it's glory days. Very little new content, only few peers per torrent. Building a ratio is impossible with so little activity on the tracker.

And a lot of the old torrents are dead, so looks like this tracker is slowly fading away.

Never got that activation mail. Wonder if anyone at all got their account enabled.

Usenet is one of the best places for old scene releases. If you have a provider with good retention.

Many providers offer unlimited  7-14 days trial with good retention >3000 or even >4000day. So you can download everything from the past 10 years

It's mostly scene releases so nothing unique here

So all these trackers depending on the scene, which is now in crisis, are halt to a stop.

Hopefully they will pick up the pace and catch up with the latest electronic releases

Today's blockbuster are made for teenagers in mind, they are the main audience. Don't look for good movies from Hollywood studios.

On topic, In situation where someone is making money from selling counterfeits or illegal copies it is justifiable to go after the perpetrators. In that case it can be taken as stealing.

Whereas torrents are just sharing. Someone buys a copy and shares it with his online buddies. Maybe not completely moral and fair, but that the ways today's economy is, not everyone has the money to buy every movie, music, book he wants.

Everyone should get a netflix subscription and says f**k off to Hollywood. Their movies suck anyway. Why go after the latest blockbuster releases when they are all shit.
