You can find your hit and run torrents on your profile page or on the status bar. As soon as you start seeding the hit and run torrents, the download ban or warning is removed. (it takes max 5 minutes).

I've been on HD-F for a while and today I want to share with you about this tracker.

HDF is France's private tracker, HDF started operating in 2017 and right now it has around 12,000 torrents. Although established not long ago but the number of files shared by HD-F is quite large. Most files have seed, although the number of seed is not much, but the speed I get is quite good (many people share using the seedbox).

- Themes Style   : The theme style on HD-F is great, it's customizable to your taste. The content is arranged very scientifically (each film and below are its versions).

- Content :  HD-F has rich content from hollywood movies or cartoons, but here I realize they are not updating fast new movies  but towards more requests content. If you need the latest movie content quickly, this is not where you look. They have their own internal release team with good quality (OKI , TSC, HDForever, BEC,MARBLECAKE, TTN) . They offer freeleech tokens ( I think freeleech tokens is great with new members or with high capacity torrents) and seed bonuses. Bonus points can be exchanged for upload credit in the store. It can also be used to buy invitations.

- Community : They have a good community, very enthusiastic support. If you don't know French, don't worry, they have an area for you to discuss with English.

We've added a warning if you are seeding but are not connected with your torrent client to the tracker (incoming or outgoing ports). So open your ports or check your vpn provider for port forwarding and if they even allow it.

If you can't open your ports maybe it's a good idea to get yourself a cheap seedbox. 

The next step is to implement is an HnR system. To much downloaders are running 
U need to seed for minimal 3 days. If not your account is download banned. 

Vip users are immune from HnR.
