@Jigme i prefer feral hosting and seed box io both are really great places ,i am sure one can find cheaper however cheaper is not always better ,what apps are you using in your seed box and how is the service also have you tryd any other seed boxes

@maecronmagafont i have actually noticed some sort of improvement over the winter the fatigue takes a bit longer to kick an i am able to do more got some foot strap weights to help make it more difficult , do you find that less is more meaning giving your body time to recover or just going all out and then recover what works best for you

@peekaboo @theglitch57 @avonlgw i actually found a new routine wake up hit the gym intense super set if you must get the blood flowing after a week or so it becomes routine and easy to go every day then working in front of PC chilling on invite hawk and tracker sites don't feel so bad
