However, if you're from Germany, France, Spain, etc., there are DDL forums that offer both the English-dubbed and those language-dubbed TV shows and movies. They have a small number of members, around 3000. Maybe you can realize how difficult it is to receive an invite because they have few members and only power users may send invitations.
