DXDHD is an HD tracker founded December 30th 2017, it has about 6k+ registered members and about 3K torrents. Keeping your ratio is easy, there is a lot of freeleech content and a bonus system that encourage seeding as much as possible. You can find Scene releases here but the community is focus more on uploads of p2p unrared content. They also have their internal release group. There is a request section, so you can ask for anything you can't find. It's a pretty young tracker, so it will grow and get better, it's a good backup if you don't have and HD tracker already.
