On December 15, BREIN will start an information project
for frequent or long-term infringing uploaders of copyright-
protected works such as films, series, books and music.

Using specially developed software, BREIN will
search for Dutch IP addresses through which multiple
infringing uploads of popular work aimed at the Dutch market, preferably original Dutch work, take place.

The software that BREIN is talking about has not been tested for reliability.
Internet providers also do NOT cooperate in providing data
of their customers to BREIN without the intervention of a judge.

BREIN is a foundation created by the industry, they pay
BREIN to track down illegally obtained material.
But BREIN is not a government body and therefore has nothing to say without
interference from a judge.
So they are trying to scare the population through the media in the hope
that they will stop sharing and downloading illegally.

are just going with what we are already doing now."

We would like to give you some tips for downloading and sharing,
Please use a VPN, and preferably 1 that does not log anything.

That way they will not find anything about your download and upload history.
