I need some suggestions for trackers with sample packs, presets and vst instruments?

Check ruTracker, Audionews & ProAudioTorrents.

General and music trackers will also have VSTs, plugins, etc. Good luck 🙂

Audionews & ProAudiotorrents are private trackers. Audionews signups are open on the 1st-2nd of every month, and ProAudioTorrents, I am not sure. But both are easy to get in via members shop, and they cost very little.

I don't think ProAudioTorrents will open slots anytime soon:

Open invitation day at Pro Audio Torrents will be closed until further notice. If you have a friend who is a user you will still be able to create an account by invitation from that friend..

Yes i am looking for a torrent an old vst plugin that i managed to find but unfortunately it's dead but comes from a fully functional tracker so i'm not sure if it's possible to revive.. I've even contacted the user but seems like a lost cause.

Get it from the Members Shop (https://www.invitehawk.com/membersshop/view/237-proaudiotorrents-invite). It costs very little.

No idea about VST Plugins, but as mentioned, I can do a little content search for you. PM me, but I will not be able to search today.
