For the first 30 days after registration involves you so. The trial period. During this period you have to send a minimum of 10GB of data, and after 30 days does not have any warning HNR. If you do not meet these requirements - Your account will be deleted.

They dont allow the use of vpn services or proxy's. The will ban you if you keep using these.

Not only VPNs are banned, many IPs other than those from Poland are also banned.  I was not able to sign up.

I was not actually late. There was a message: "Sorry. You can't sign up from this IP". Since it was not my first attempt  and I'd already tried several IPs with the same result, I came to the conclusion, there are some IP that are in the site's blacklist (I'm from Russia, by the way).
