Like other Chinese trackers it has the same user classes. It has 5k+ registered users with 4k+ torrents uploaded. The forum is not  that much active. But the chat box is somewhat active. Every user can upload torrents. They have bonus point system implemented for that maintaining ratio is not that hard. As a fairly new tracker it is going on forward.
