The festival, run by the Sundance Institute and AEG Europe, takes place April 25-27 in the sprawling O2 entertainment center in the British capital.

The majority of the talks and gigs will take place at the Brooklyn Bowl, the latest entertainment space which will open its doors during Sundance London.

On-stage talks programmed by the Sundance Institute include one with filmmaker and Emmy Award-winning comedian and actor Cross (Hits, Arrested Development) and filmmaker Wain (They Came Together) talking comedy in films.

Matthews is scheduled to perform a set along with turns from The Soho Hobo (AKA Tim Arnold) and harmonic pop group Goldheart Assembly during Sundance London.

These acts were secured by the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers (ASCAP).

Dele Sosimi and his Afrobeat Orchestra will perform following the film screening of Finding Fela.

Sundance Film Festival director John Cooper said: "The Festival Hub at Brooklyn Bowl is a space for celebrating the community of artists and audiences in London who appreciate independent film and music."
