Today the LG G7 ThinQ has reached the US and Canada, in its ongoing global rollout.

In the States, the phone costs $749.99 unlocked. At T-Mobile, you pay $30 upfront and then $30 per month for two years. At Sprint, you can lease one for $33 per month (the lease lasts 18 months), or buy outright for $792.

Verizon is asking for $31.25 per month for two years, or $750 if you want to pay off the handset in one go. The carrier nicknamed Big Red is taking $100 off the price to help celebrate the launch.

In Canada, you can pick a G7 up from a large number of carriers: Telus, Bell, Rogers, Virgin, Fido, Freedom Mobile, and SaskTel. Additionally, the phone is available at retailers such as Wow! mobile boutique, Best Buy Mobile, The Mobile Shop, London Drugs, Walmart, Wireless Wave, Tbooth wireless, and Wireless Etc.

As with any recent top of the line device, the G7 isn't cheap in Canada. Outright you'll need to pay CAD 1,049.99 in most places for the pleasure of owning one. The exceptions are Rogers and Fido, pricing it at CAD 999, while at Freedom Mobile you can get one for CAD 960.

If you'd like to purchase it on a subscription, you'll need to pay at least CAD 199.99 down at Bell, Virgin, Telus, Fido, or Rogers. Freedom Mobile is giving you one for CAD 0 down with CAD 20 per month MyTab Boost for two years on current CAD 50+ plans, and a similar arrangement can be had at SaskTel (where you can also buy one on an old fashioned two-year contract for CAD 399.99).

The G7 ThinQ boasts a 6.1-inch 1440x3120 notched LCD touchscreen, the Snapdragon 845 chipset, 4/6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of expandable storage, dual 16 MP + 16 MP rear cameras, an 8 MP selfie snapper, and a 3,000 mAh battery. It runs Android 8.0 Oreo.
