    Best Player for 2160p Blu-ray and 265x HEVC ?

    Hey guys please help me i have downloaded some movies which are 2160p 4K,some are 265x HEVC and some are Blu-ray but i can not able to play them properly i have tried in VLC, PowerDVD 18 Ultra,5K Player and MPC-HC but none of them are working if video plays then sound not coming and if sound comes then video stucks please tell me proper solution for play 4K,Blu-ray and 265x HEVC 
    I am giving you more info of my system may be it can help :
    Windows 10 Pro
    2.3 Ghz i3 processor 
    4gb ram
    2gb radeon graphic card
