I'd say MyAnonamouse mainly because it has a really nice community.  The content is good too, but its one of the few places where i find myself just going there to use the chatbox.

it is a shame they insist on no VPN (unless you're a donor or a power user).  I wonder how much that really cuts down on spammers/leechers, given that most consumer ISPs use dynamic IPs anyway. (I'm assuming its so they can block IPs of people who have broken the rules).
