For Quality - PS3.

For Fun and saving money - X-BOX.

If you want fun for less money - It's better X-BOX, coz Sony would NEVER give the chemes of information-processing on PS3. So that will be NO Cracking PS3 consoles and games.

And an Emulator for X-BOX can be made, in difference from PS3...

PS3; gaming aside, there is very little on the platform that you can't do. Add in the fact that its the most powerful system out right now with some of the best games and you have a winning combination.
