I have read some reviews about private tracker.

But I would like to know your opinion,.

About which would be the best tracker with General content?

And what will be the best Latin tracker?

Unless you have a monster seedbox go for a small and preferably ratioless general tracker. It's tough maintaining ratio on such trackers where everyone has a seedbox.

but if I can seed.

and you are absolutely right, it is difficult to maintain a good ratio with users who have seedbox
