A general type of tracker, Pre-time is good, but usually there is only one seeder, so if you want to download the above content, it is best to start some time in advance,
It’s easier to maintain the ratio. You can make some seeds and exchange for uploading with bonus points.

SceneTime is a nice general tracker. They have a great section of torrents. They have very good forums and a nice TV GUIDE also.

They also provide IPTV service for VIP members. They have very active forum and Guides & Tutorial also.

as @Blue_ray said they have usually have 1 seeder on torrents, But in the case of freeleech torrents they always have more than 1 seeder.

With freeleech torrents and bonus points system you can easily maintain a good ratio.
