Also, if you have multiple questions about Help Desk/Tracker Help, ask them all in one question rather than creating two questions in Tracker Help and another two in Helpdesk just to get bonus points. It was 100% free, but it's over so you can no longer participate. The tickets costed bonus points, which you can earn by being active on the forum.
