Anime No Sekai is a portuguese tracker for anime content. It focuses on encodes and some music since they don't have Full Blurays or manga or live actions, and most of torrents have seeders. They have a lot of content that is old and still has seeders, there is content with more than 12 years that is still active. You don't have the option to change the language to English but you can do it with the Mouse: Right Click: "Translate to English" (as long as you are using Google Chrome). It has no FAQ section but any questions you can ask in the forums. They also have many tutorials about IRC, subtitles, video editing and much more.
