Excuse me as i am new to the site but how do i go about getting speedtest/seedbox proof and 2 ratio proofs with my name in address bar? and is this ok to give to another user? Any info will be much apreciated, Thanks :-)

for speed test you have to make account on speedtest.net and then check your internet speed.the result are automatically save in your account which you can latter link to other user who asked you.

for ratio proof you have to take screen shot of your most used tracker while it open in your browser and in the address bar you can write any name.and then this image uplaod ann free image hosting service for hotlinking later.like tinypic.
