In my opinion, what? is more organized, has more content, has very active forums and nice community, so I prefer what.

As a suggestion to both of these sites... it is better to upload stuff rather than trying to seed... If you have a large CD collection, ripping to FLACs, and then uploading will definitely get you a good ratio

I only got waffles, and if you know wht to do, its easy to keep a good ratio.

FO the ones who does not know:

Just DL the (scene) torrents when they come out (as soon as possible) to your seedbox, and you will seed very much.
