You should visit daily btracs(.)com , choose random trackers ( like thebox ) and even if they are always open ( like thebox ) , post new topic at open signup trackers . Do that everyday and you'll be + rep-ed

No one will give you negative rep point , because it's forbidden in that specific forum ;)
