Tim McGraw and Faith Hill are reportedly selling the remainder of their Nashville estate. The country music stars own a home in the Tennessee capital and unloaded 753 acres for a whopping $20 million just last year. The remaining 623 are now for sale, according to Entertainment Tonight, with a hefty price tag of $18.5 million. According to the outlet, potential buyers may have the option of purchasing part of the property, with one 353-acre lot including a three-bedroom log home from 1800. The property is reportedly priced at $10 million. For $8.5 million, potential buyers can snap up a three-bedroom, three-bathroom antebellum home completed four years prior to the Civil War. It was not immediately clear why the couple are selling the property. Faith and Tim married in 1996 and share three children. The Breathe singer previously joked their family is something like 'a circus'. 'It will be like the Brady Bunch on the road for sure, it's a circus,' Faith laughed to Access Hollywood before the pair embarked upon a residency at the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas back in 2012. But the family somehow managed to make their busy schedules work; a second installment of the show ran for six months until April 2014, although Faith previously mentioned it was tough to manage. And she was beaming with pride the day after the show wrapped, sharing a photo of herself with daughter River Rose. "This is how River and I feel about our first annual Miracle On Broadway show!" she captioned the Instagram image, showing her holding her baby girl's tiny hands as they both smiled. "It was beyond incredible thanks to all of you!' Kelly continued. The sold-out concert, which took place at the Bridgestone Arena on Broadway, featured performances from Garth Brooks, Martina McBride, Kacey Musgraves, Reba McEntire, Meghan Trainor, Hayley Williams and Trisha Yearwood, among others. The break is undoubtedly a relief for the star, who works hard to stay in shape while she's on the road - although she refuses to 'rest on my laurels' even on her days off. "I exercise six days a week with a rest day. It's a lot, but it really helps my mood - I feel great when I work out. Singer Joe Cocker, best known for his cover of the Beatles' With A Little Help From My Friends, has died aged 70. John Robert Cocker was born on 20 May 1944 in Sheffield, he died today after a battle with lung cancer. His agent Barrie Marshall confirmed the news this afternoon. "Joe" Cocker OBE was an English rock and blues singer, who came to popularity in the 1960s, and is known for his gritty voice, his spasmodic body movement in performance and his cover versions of popular songs, particularly those of The Beatles. His cover of The Beatles' "With a Little Help from My Friends" reached number one in the UK in 1968, and he performed the song live at Woodstock in 1969. His version also became the theme song for the TV series The Wonder Years. His 1975 hit single, "You Are So Beautiful", reached number five in the US. Cocker is the recipient of several awards, including a 1983 Grammy Award for his US number one "Up Where We Belong", a duet with Jennifer Warnes. In 1993 he was nominated for the Brit Award for Best British Male, and in 2007 he received an OBE at Buckingham Palace for services to music. Cocker was ranked #97 on Rolling Stone's 100 greatest singers list.

This new trailer for Ron Howard's In The Heart Of The Sealays bare the terrible consequences. Adapted from Nathaniel Philbrick’s Moby Dick origin story of the same name, Howard’s sea movie relays the misadventures of a whaling expedition led by Captain George Pollard, Jr. (Benjamin Walker) and first mate Owen Chase (Chris Hemsworth) after it comes out second best in an encounter with an angry sperm whale mid-ocean. Being adrift in small boats in the Pacific is something of a cinematic trend at the moment –Unbroken and Kon-Tiki also capture that “oh shit” moment when the wind drops and you’re suddenly 4000 miles from land with only a flying fish to gnaw on – but this one takes us to new and terrifying places. The South American landmass is still some distance when the food starts to run out... Howard’s strong cast also boasts Michelle Fairley, Charlotte Riley, Jordi Molla, Tom Holland, Sam Keeley and Cillian Murphy among those who either set sail or must deal with the aftermath. In The Heart Of The Sea drops anchor on March 13.

Following last week's reveal of a directorial shortlist including Justin Lin, Rupert Wyatt, Daniel Espinosa, Duncan Jones and Morten Tyldum, Paramount has chosen its man behind the camera. Fast & Furious veteran Lin has got the gig. The vacancy has been filled quickly, since it was only a couple of weeks ago that the previous instalments' writer Roberto Orci stepped back from making the third modern Trek his directorial debut. He was, in the end, reportedly the only person offered the job. Handily, he has a gap in his schedule, created by the abandonment of the Bourne Legacy sequel when Universal decided to return the franchise to Paul Greengrass and Matt Damon. There were some left-field names on Paramount's Trek list, but Lin's seem like a safe pair of hands, especially at short notice. He's proved with four Fast & Furiouses (Furioi?) that he can juggle large casts and FX-heavy action, to the tune of more than a billion dollars at the box office. The question of what he'll do beyond the Final Frontier is a tantalising one. Orci remains aboard as a producer, overseeing the script he’s co-written with J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay. Lin is currently at work on the first two episodes of True Detective's second season. He'll board the Enterprise right afterwards, with the still untitled Star Trek 3 expected in cinemas sometime in 2016.
