Delhi High Court has ordered some Indian ISP(Internet Service Provider) to block certain torrent and pirate websites that are known for hosting pirated content. The list that has been shared with ISPs includes 1337x.to, torrentz2.eu, bmovies.to and (and proxies), fmovies.to (and proxies), rarbg.com (and proxies), thepiratebay.org (and proxies), yts.am (and proxies), torrentz.ht, extrattorent.ag, and torrentmovies.co.

Here’s what official court order states – the ISPs are serving as “inevitable actors in any transmission of infringing data over the internet, and their services are therefore used to infringe copyright.” Indian ISPs will have to fully comply with the court’s order which is more than 99 pages long.  Delhi high court is now putting Indian ISPs on the position of the copyright infringing accessary, liable for violation of Section 51 of the Copyright Act. This injunction extends to the blockage of new proxies that will pop up, by merely having the plaintiffs (rightsholders) filing a detailed affidavit and submitting it to the ISPs for the imposition of new blockages.

The order does not stop at just ISPs; the official order assumes that most of the people who are involved in the act of piracy are not aware of the fact that the shared files are a product of piracy. To counter this, the order suggests a possibility of framing a new policy under which a warning will be issued to the viewers of infringing content. If a user gets these warnings and still chooses to continue their pirating actions, they should be then fined.

This won’t mean the end of pirate sites in India, you can still use VPNs and other proxies to access these sites but this order, when implemented by the ISPs, will come as a significant blow to all these torrent and pirate sites.

So Disney+ is actually going to be cheaper than Netflix?
That's correct. Bob Iger, CEO of Disney, said in a 2017 earnings call that he wants to undercut Netflix's prices in order to attract as many subscribers as possible.

It'll have a lot of high quality because of the brands and the franchises that will be on it that we've talked about. But it'll simply launch with less volume, and the price will reflect that."

Considering that the cheapest Netflix plan starts at $9 per month, Disney+ will have the advantage with the $7 a month or $70 annual cost. Plus, there will be a ton of content, including brand new originals like the Star Wars: Mandalorian series, as well as new shows based on some Marvel favorites, like Loki and Scarlet Witch. And you'll be getting access to the entire vault of classic Disney movies, such as The Little Mermaid, The Lion King, Dumbo, Aladdin, and so much more.

With all of this content only costing $7 a month, it's definitely a no-brainer. Disney+ is going to be well worth the cost.

What will Disney+ offer?
Disney+ will pretty much offer all of the family-friendly content that Disney is known for. This includes all classic Disney movies, Marvel, Lucasfilm (Star Wars), Pixar, and National Geographic.

Essentially, the Disney Vault is dead once Disney+ launches. The Disney Vault is the old policy that Disney had where they would put physical and digital releases of its classic movies on a moratorium, so you'd only be able to get them during limited releases. But since the Disney+ streaming service will include all of the classics, the Vault is pretty much dead.

Disney has also been pulling its content from other streaming services, such as Netflix, to get ready for the launch of Disney+. It will also be the only place for streaming new movies after they premiere in theaters, starting with Captain Marvel.

On top of that, Disney+ will have exclusive original content, such as shows based on popular Marvel characters like Loki, Scarlet Witch, and more. And for Star Wars fans, there will even be some original Star Wars programming, including a live-action show called The Mandalorian.

When will Disney+ be available?
Disney+ is launching in the United States on November 12, 2019.

The global roadmap tentatively has Disney+ launching in:

OPPO has announced its 2019 flagship at an event in Shanghai. The Reno introduces 10x hybrid zoom lens in addition to a unique wedge-style retractable module that houses the front camera sensor and the LED flash. The Reno will be available in two variants: a base model and the Reno 10x Zoom Edition, with the latter being the more interesting of the two.

The Reno 10x Zoom Edition is powered by the Snapdragon 855 and comes with a 13MP f/3.0 periscope camera at the back that allows 10x hybrid zoom. It is joined by a 48MP f/1.7 primary camera and an 8MP wide-angle lens, with the rear camera configuration going up against the Huawei P30 Pro. As for the standard Reno, you get a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with Snapdragon 710 and 3765mAh battery. It's missing the zoom lens, but you still get the 48MP primary camera, and there's a secondary 5MP module for depth sensing. It is also available in the same memory and storage options as the Reno 10x Zoom Edition, and both phones run ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 Pie.

The standard Reno costs 2,999 yuan ($450) for the 6GB/128GB model, 3,299 yuan ($490) for the 6GB/256GB variant, and 3,599 yuan ($540) for the 8GB/256GB edition. The Reno 10x Zoom Edition, meanwhile, costs 3,999 yuan ($600) for the 6GB/128GB version, 4,499 yuan ($670) for the 6GB/256GB model, and 4,799 yuan ($710) for the 8GB/256GB variant.

A global launch is scheduled in Zurich on April 24, where we'll hear more about availability in Europe and India.
