Both Fapping and Jerking imagehosts are back online and accepting new uploads. We are going to monitor their performance over the next few hours and are likely to tweak the configs a little before enabling uploads again

You may remember we re-nabled the invite store a while back. Well as can only be expected it was abused on a few occasions and led to a influx of users who obtained their invites through trading sites. Invites are now disabled for all user classes except staff and 'Legend' class and all invites have been set to zero. Invites will only be given out through official recruitment threads on select trackers. Sorry for the inconvenience

Instead of opening the registration we are trying out something new: For a limited time you have been given an unlimited amount of invites. Starting now. Member class gets unlimited invites for one week. Senior member class gets unlimited invites for two weeks. Uploader class gets unlimited invites for four weeks.

We're going to have an extended downtime starting at 12:00 pm on Wednesday the 10th of March. This downtime will see the entire database undergo a logical reload and as such may take 24 hours or longer. t's been almost 2 years since I last did this, and it's time to do it again. To be clear, I HATE doing this. But our till is getting low and if we want to continue to exist through this coming May we need to build up our reserves again. Since the last time I posted about a big donation drive, we've tightened our belt and trimmed off one of our servers while also finding a more economical option for another one, but they still cost money. For those that don't know AwesomeHD just recently went under, and I'd had to see us go down too. They had some issues and higher staff decided to throw in the towel. We're different though: our singular issue is simple, finances. And while I don't want to throw in the towel, I can't fund this site by myself. I know other site staff here mention donations occasionally in news postings, but it's pretty rare that I step in and say anything. When I do though, you guys usually respond in spades and we're good for another year or two. I think it's kind of funny that I posted in here over a year ago that I was going to be stepping down, yet I still find myself checking in several times every day to peek at the forums, or the IRC help channel, or some other area of maintenance to makesure everything is going smoothly and that those who need assistance are getting it. It's a testament of the importance that this site has in my life. And just for the sake of saying this, every single cent that you guys donate goes strictly towards the site (servers, domain name registrations, etc). I hope that this is understood / accepted / appreciated by everybody. After our last big donation drive I said that we should be good for a bit over a year. Through some penny pinching and other donations that users have chipped in along the way (all VERY much appreciated) we've been able to stretch that to almost 2 years. If we can get a similar sort of turn out as last time, we can keep on rolling for another year or two. Sincerely - burger P.S. The recruiter seems to have noticed it easy to qualify via donation, so has raised requirements hours ago, now requiring upload 100 movie torrents OR at least 25TB total traffic to qualify.

BeyondHD Welcomes New Internal Groups As many in the BeyondHD community are aware, a private tracker with a reputation for high quality encodes and remuxes has unfortunately had to close their doors after nearly 12 years of providing a great place to call home for several highly skilled encoders and remuxers. Awesome-HD (AHD) was an important part of the private tracker eco system because of its internals. With its closure, there was great hopes within the community that their encoders/remuxers would remain active and find a new home so that they could continue their work. It's with this being said, BeyondHD would like to welcome several new internal groups into our small but active community: BMF decibeL D-Z0N3 HiFi NCmt TDD You can expect the same level of quality their internals have always been known for with no changes to their specific standards. There will be no change to BeyondHD's current internals either. All groups, new and the old, will continue to focus on what they do best. There will be some small rule changes to accommodate a few group standards, but nothing overwhelming. At the end of the day, all members will benefit from a wider selection of quality encodes and remuxes. Let's all give them a warm welcome! BeyondHD
