Well, i've been hearing about the world ending in 21st December 2012. The mayans calender ended on that date and everything that the mayans wrote became true. The mayna were a smart race..Info about there caleneder: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Maya_calendar

It will not end. How many races, empires, religions and cultures have had their version or versions of the end of the world since the beginning of times? Did the Romans, Egyptians, Greeks, Arabs, Hindi, and hundreds of other civilization have their own version of the end of the days? most of 'em did. Are those dates already in the past? They sure are. Did the world actually end? As far as I'm concerned, NO. Everything is just a Gimmick. Sit down, pop a cold one open, and enjoy the many days to come. Period.
