Registration for PrivateHD, Avistaz, Exoticaz, Cinemaz and animetorrents is banned for  China, Bangladesh, Nepal, Nigeria, Myanmar, Cambodia and India due to abuse. Users who had signed up before don't seem to be affected but no new signups from the following countries will be accepted. Invites should work though or one can join by buying a seedbox.

I can access hdbits now from Türkiye. At least I don't have a homepage membership. I hope it will happen. It's a torrent site that I'm really curious about.
Now I have looked at most of the sites and I wonder why Brazil and Egypt and Israel have blocked them the most.
