Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

• First time - Warning
• Second time - 5000 Points will be deducted
• Third time - Ban for 7 days
• Fourth time - Permanent Ban

If the post helped you, reward the user by reacting to the post like this -

When you signup, they give you the confirm link right there.. just copy paste in your browser and you’re good to go. I didn’t get the email either.

also like @punpun mentioned, tracker looks kinda trash. It gave me some random upload/ download stats like someone else is using my account.

There is only one channel that I could see #announce. 
hopefully you’ll find someone on there

when you signup, on same page they give confirmation link,

you need to paste that link in adress bar and press enter from keyboard..

You don't get an email.  The link is on the same page as where it says you've successfully signed up.  Its kinda easy to overlook.
