I was reading the rules on gfxpeer site but it is not very clearly explained. In tracker review it is mentioned ratioless but on site it requires minimum ratio.

Can someone explain.

They have ratio requirements indeed.

As the image shows there is a grace period up to 5 GB of download weather u seed them or not u don't have to worry about ratio. When u cross the 5 GB of download then there are some requirements. As u can see up to 20 GB the required ratio is 0 if u seed all of them.

If u have a ratio over 0.60 then u don't have to worry about anything.

That depends. Read the uploading rules, confirm whether you are allowed to upload when the downloads are blocked. I am not on GFXPeers so I can't help in that context. But if you have any queries related to the understanding of the rules, Feel free to PM me.
