Create a new Pay-per-use tracker like IPTorrents, probably? But again, that's not easy. First, the tracker needs to gain enough traction even to get the investment back.

IPTorrents is a donation-based tracker, but some trackers are pure pay-per-use trackers where you can't download anything without paying (One example is GimmePeers). If you identify the niche and the content is damn good, members will pay. But note that these things are not easy.

No, nothing can be done because of copyright, then the managers of private trackers will understand that you will be completely blocked.

First you have get into one of the good ones. Work your way up on that one and you will be able to get into others and from those to others. It will take time and effort though.

Its ONE of the ways to earn Make Money In Private Torrent Trackers .. Without Buy & Selling  Invitation ....

Honestly I think everyone is doing it. Almost all good new trackers are doing this......

Another way is to Sell your Downloads for cheap.

Alot of seedboxes offer "Unlimited FTP" transfers at full speeds, so you can set something thru rclone and connect their GDRIVE or ONEDrive and sell that to your "friends".

As they do not have to manage their accounts private trackers. to be honest, this looks easiest to sell.

PLEX Share is also another option. Self sustaining cycle, the seeder seeds for long time, and at same time sells it via plex.

@DarkGirl i try this (rclone gdrive plex share) long time ago.. most of my users says quality highest 480p but all videos quality was 1080p .. too much time spend for this but cant solved it...

that will not work at all - rclone gdrive to plex share will stress the gdrive api and result in slower speed, or long ping. so ithink plex was jsut transcoding to lower quality. 

you need to do this on your own vps server. or a good seedbox.

there are so many good services who are pros in plex share, not relying on gdrive. 

You did not do it properly.
