Did our information get leaked or did some of the staff abuse their access to gain a few bucks? All my trackers are still good - so I assume not. However, some transparency would be welcomed.

And, yes, that's a sad news about @Ethan, because he has really done a lot for InviteHawk.

Yes @PastorLuke, we're behind coudflare at this time and took necessary actions to protect our servers. We still gonna need some assistance setting up WAF rules though, I will contact you soon so we can talk further on this.

Had a good buying experience with Ethan, but let's just say the "after sale service" was a complete let down.

My UHDbits account was purged not even 2 WEEKS after buying from him. I followed all the rules, was a very good user on that tracker seeding my butt off.

I reached out to Ethan via e-mail, that person did not even deign to reply. Worse is that i did not even ask for a refund, just to see what could be done if there's a possible replacement

or gesture... no reply whatsoever. First buying experience on IH turned out to be a nightmare. I can't reach Ethan, nobody will offer to make things right...

it is indeed sad news regarding ethans departure he shall be missed, hopefully he will still pop in to say hello once in a while  however i am quite confident that @J.Stash is very competent and will do a amazing job to keep I H the marvelous place we have all come to love

Not defending you or Ethan; however, did you follow through with UHDB support to identify what's the cause? My buddy got banned from UHDB once but it was because he signed up with a "lewd" username. Nothing to do with the inviter, inviter tree and or IP. He was later able to get another invite. No problems since. My question to you is did you login with a cellphone, bad username, 3/4G internet, shared IP (library)? The rules on UHDB are strict.

Ethan was always very helpful and respectful in every occasion I interacted with him. I'm really sad to hear that he retired, I hope he will return one day, his contribution to IH is immeasurable.

Mine leading up to it was fine. And to be fair he did step in and sort out another issue with another seller. Came across as reasonable and wish he was still here. Didn't know he had left.

 

However, soon as big ticket tracker funds were sent and I was supposed to shortly receive mine the site went to shit. And then it was well over due and into months but finally got the invite.

 

Now that same invite within the same year has gotten banned. And I'm trying to reach out for help to @Ethan and @J.Stash so that if possible can recover it without affecting everyone else in the tree unless that was the reason for the ban already.
