Long story short, no one has an idea whether it will come back or not. I heard that there are multiple issues, one being hosting payment. Unofficial sources mention the tracker may come back, but it may be a rumour and nothing more as no official source confirmed the same. Even if it comes back, this abrupt discontinuation will leave a mark on the tracker. Anyway, it's not the first time the tracker has gone dark suddenly, nor will it be the last time. Don't think too much and move on to other mid-level trackers. That's why it's important to keep backup trackers.

@madd This list is for application signups that have been open for a long time, open on a perfect schedule, or donation-based signups. I don't think Digitalcore comes into any of the categories. Kind regards,
