@Razer I have seen many people say that. I have got totry deluge. Currently I am using qbit, but it is not up to the mark. However, I use windows and latest version of deluge is not available for windows. Do you have any idea how can we use deluge in Windows? If you do, please let me know.

Almost three weeks ago we created another poll on "Scene releases packed vs unpacked". The timing of this poll was not chosen at random. As announced some time ago, this year we are working increasingly on the frontend and on support for mobile devices. In the meantime, a very clear result has emerged and the result of the poll can be described as representative. The absolute minority of 17% do not want any changes. The overwhelming majority either want no more packed scene releases (35%) or both (38%). If we were to change the rules now and no longer allow packed scene releases, we would only postpone the actual problem. That would therefore not be a solution in the sense of the community. So there can only be one variant: In the future, it will be permitted to upload scene releases both in their original state (packed) and unpacked. Of course, this will lead to double releases in the short term. In the long term, what the majority of the community prefers will prevail. For a clear distinction, we will introduce a third tag for original scene releases in addition to the previously known scene and P2P tags. This will still take some time, but we wanted to inform you about this rather radical change early on. This is really good. But I don't understand this part. "If your tracker requires a 1:1 ratio, smaller files is better. However, if your BT tracker requires a 0.5:1 ratio, the big file can help especially in your early quest of obtaining the initial sharing files".
