It depends on the game. It's best to consult a readme file, of NFO file, as those files most of the times contain information about what have been cut from the game, if anything. There are releases that are incomplete, but there are releases that are 100% full, and nothing was removed from the game. So it simply depends on the particular release of the cracked game.

Game rips (games with removed content) were popular years ago, where internet bandwidth was important. Some people couldn't afford to download games with all cutscenes because the game was too big to download, so they prefered game rips, games without cutscenes, music, etc. But nowadays I'm not sure if those forms of releases are popular anymore.

Full scene releases are in most cases (99%) exactly the same as the original (of course, in offline mode).

I like to buy my games so I can be sure there are no backdoors in them.

I usually stick to buying games on sale through steam, but if companies put "exclusives" on origin, epic launcher, rockstar launcher, uplay or even battle.net (first time I've heard of it) then it's not helping their case if I decide to pirate that game.

its always best to have the original ,most games with cracks wont work well online some done even work at all its always best to read the release notes i normally just stick with offline single player games if i like the game  i buy it  or pay for original version if its online

It depends on the game and the team behind the repack most of the time. Sometimes glitches are found in cracked games or abruptly shut down. Buying the original game will be the best choice if you want to help the developers and experience the full game without any problems.
