Yes. They do that to everyone. Click trackers are Application Signups disguised in the form of Open Signups, and they find reasons to ban members, and the majority of the members get banned as soon as they signup. Members have to go to IRC and get their accounts enabled after submitting the ratio proofs, which may not always go as per the plan.
