Avoid unnecessary posts such as 'Thank you', 'Welcome', etc. Such posts will be deleted and user will be warned if it happens again. If caught spamming, the following actions are applicable -

This tracker is back again and has a long way to go. Admin has some issues and closed the tracker two times totally till now in the last few days, and everyone can see the previous updates here: 

New members will be required to accumulate 20 GB of upload using free leech torrents and their own uploads in 60 days. After reaching 20 GB upload, will be promoted from candidates to members ‘user class’ where can upload and download any files. However, they still have to be able to get a total upload of 220 GB within 4 months of joining the tracker to meet the ‘user class’ requirement. 

If they are unable to comply with any of the parts, they will be placed in a limited category (Limited to uploads only), with upload and seeding are the only activities allowed. 

That said, this tracker has heavy requirements like a newbie assessment of Chinese trackers, and the tracker may go down anytime if any of you upsets the admin (Not kidding, it happened before).

Sounds like the admin has frequent periods and mood swing issues. I'd rather not take my chances with this tracker if it has so many "requirements". I mean, the 20GB requirement is fair enough, most trackers have this but the next 220GB upload within 4 months, that is kinda childish to be honest, seems more like the admin wants to minimize the number of users in his/her site. If so, just making the site invite only would be good for his/her whims.

Signup is not working for me.

As described by @Arcane even though I fill in every field when clicking on register button the page just reloads and is empty.

I tried with different passwords, with and without special characters. Nothing worked, too bad.
