@peekaboo They can match the giveaway and request fullfilled time for the invites sent and user registered and when user use same username  or email there as in Invite forums.

Another reason is they are browsing the tracker with the same browser they are browsing the Invite forums.

When the inviter and invitee are from different country that arouse suspisicion and trackers check that more often.

---------Tips------------

Always leave feedback after some hours receving the giveaway and comment in the thread giveaway sent or recevied (for both invitee and inviter)a day later ideally to be safe.

Request of locking a giveaway or request after a day to be safe.

Short and funny answer but true. Trackers staff applies to the giveaways in the InviteHawk and then ban the members.

It happens rarely but still happens #Experience. You can reduce the chances of this happening by inviting users with at least some activity.

I really don't understand what is wrong about trade/sell invites to trackers.

One person want to participate in the tracker to the point of spend her money and is banned for it... but you can give it free to someone else.

The only circumstance to me that an invite can't be trade/sell is when it have a recipient already defined, otherwise its don't make sense to me

@jangofettbr Most trackers want to keep themselves exclusive, and others do not want to allow random person/hacker to come in for their own safety. You may know what happened to What.CD. There are other legal and copyright issues also. Well, there are certain torrent site owners who do not allow many users due to overload on servers. There is no wonder why they're called "private" or "closed"

In my perception, one tracker is exclusive or not based on their content and population, not how their members invite someone.Buying or trading the invite, make it is less 'random' to me that giving it free. When the number of members hit its limit, they just stop invites temporally, the members can't be responsable to control the tracker's stabillity. An invite can only be buy/trade if the tracker is called 'private' or 'closed', that's the value of it.

I really want to someday invite forums create a service to trackers manage it members, because one really depend of the other and it can't be controlled or stopped.

It's an illusion that high rank members in their tracker its not in here looking for sell/buy/trade invites, when even their moderators are caught doing it.

@jangofettbr Well, you're quite right about the invite and buy/sell/trade thing, but still there are risks. The first thing of the torrent sites are that they have contents, of which (almost, and fully) everything which falls under copyright. There are attacks always also on sites. (said already)

Also, some trackers do give out invites for donation (basically selling). And I don't think invite forums and tracker sites will go hand in hand ever soon (seems like never).

Well, we have to live with what it is in the present and act accordingly.

The chances of that happening are rare and never happened till now as trackers staff usually don't even giveaway and trade on Invite forums, in my opinion.

Sure. I can become a staff member in some low level or even a mid-level tracker, which may not be very hard, and still be a staff member here, but if I do that, I will not tell them. It didn't happen till now. To become a staff member here, a member needs to have a good activity, and also staff applications are also not always open.

@Achelous @peekaboo

From the personal experiences, I've got lots to say in this. When making Review at InviteHawk, don't leave any clues that makes clear about your appearances in the trackers that your review refer to. The staff of the trackers are watching you out here as well. Its a complete PARANOIA I know. Be careful while giving out giveaways as well, that's where all the risks is at, I personally occasionally give out the invites out here and I think that's the best you could do to not get caught. The casual giveaways will get you knocked out I sure to god. The Staff are watching your every steps and they could buy your information from the forum and match your credentials, IP and all on the trackers to ban you for suspicion. I know that's a bit rude and paranoiac but that happened to my friend while ago at the forum called torrent......s.org so be aware about that as well. I DON'T NO WHAT THEY DO OVER HERE. I hope they don't interfere our PRIVACY for that god sake.

Invite Trading is quite against the CABAL TRACKERS so Don't fuck with cabal staff as they will gang up against your ass to permaban you from all cabal trackers along with any trackers willing to cooperate with the cabal (and they often do). But on the other hand, the low-end trackers are fine to trade and often they don't care about this type of issues cause they've a lot on their hands to care about their donations shortage you know. As per the forum, I am not quite sure how @Ethan deals with this type of stuff. I think they tell you to change your email after 3 weeks of trading and that's it you're good to go from now. But, still you got to be aware, you know.

that only applies to new and recruiting trackers. Top-level tracker, namely HDB, TCG, BIB,... wouldn't think twice banning you if you got caught trading invites.

Adding to what @HOCD1A035 said, there are some people who go to the tracker staff and tell them that the invite was bought/traded upon getting disabled for any other reason or hoping to stay safe. This leads to ban, and at times lead to tree ban.

Follow my imagination: A system with 2 steps, with buy/sell application and the application it self.

The forum can sell/buy application of one tracker, and one % goes to the tracker and another to the forum.

This manage to supply the tracker members and it filter its quality.

Many trackers are banning due to IP conflicts. As long as you follow the site rules, you will not attract attention.
