  11. New fan art graduates Titans' Brenton Thwaites from Robin to Nightwing. DC's streaming service, DC Universe is set to launch later this year, and one of the first series will focus on DC's team of teenage superheroes led by Batman's sidekick Robin. DC first introduced this version of Robin late last year through a first look photo, and recently released a more complete picture of the full costume. As fans know, the first person to wear the Robin mantle, Dick Grayson, worked alongside Batman while leading the original Teen Titans. He eventually outgrew the first role and moved on to become his own hero outside the shadow of the bat. With Thwaites playing Grayson, fans have already begun to speculate on how far the character will go. Nightwing has built a sizable fan base of his own in comics, animation, and video games in the decades since his creation. Posted on Instagram by user gothambatgram (though they weren't the one who created it), this new piece of fan art keeps most of the original photo intact. The artist has not been identified, but they've replaced the muted red and green of Robin with the bright blue insignia of Nightwing. They've also added the hero's signature escrima sticks and whitened-out the eyes on his mask. Behind him, Gotham (or maybe Bludhaven?) stands awash in a blue haze. While the changes are subtle, they're also striking. DC is positioning Titans as the flagship of their new streaming service. While it won't be part of the cinematic universe, it does seem that DC has chosen to go with a darker, more mature approach to the young heroes. Alongside Thwaites' Robin, DC has also released images of Hawk (Alan Ritchson) and Dove (Minka Kelly). All three drop the spandex associated with their comic book counterparts in favor of the kind of tactical gear featured in Rocksteady's Arkham video game series. Along with Grayson's appearance in Titans, DC also has a solo Nightwing movie in production under the direction of Chris McKay. DC has been wary of having the same characters appear on TV and the movies at the same time, with the Flash being a notable exception. Between that and giving the new series time to find an audience, it's unlikely that we'll see Thwaites change outfits on the show any time soon. Thanks to social media and some talented artists, though, at least we can imagine what it might look like.
  12. Game of Thrones veteran Maisie Williams has filmed her last scenes as fan favorite Arya Stark in the final season of the hit HBO show. The actress marked the moment with an appropriately blood-spattered image on social media, and showing her appreciation for the experience. She also throws in a knowingly mischievous hashtag sure to cause a few discussions online. The upcoming eighth season of Game of Thrones is the final one for this timeline, and will supply the rightful heir for the Iron Throne of Westeros. It's proven especially difficult for fans to wait for, as it will provide definitive conclusions for the epic journeys that the characters have taken. Sansa Stark (Sophie Turner) has gone from a demure princess to a strategist and possible warrior. Jon Snow (Kit Harington) has gone from "knowing nothing" to becoming a potential ruler of the kingdom. Arya's journey was perhaps the most compelling though, with viewers watching her transform from a feisty young girl into an efficient killer and shape-shifting assassin, while overcoming terrible obstacles and watching loved ones die. Williams' portrayal of the character, along with the authentic fighting skills that she's gained along the way, has made her one of the most popular members of the Stark family and certainly one that people want to see survive the inevitable cull. Williams announced the official wrap on her filming schedule with a post on her Instagram. Accompanied by an image of blood-covered sneakers - presumably not Arya's choice of footwear in her final scenes - she gives an emotional thanks to the show, her character, and the filming location of Belfast. You can see the full post below: Williams also includes the hashtags, #lastwomanstanding and #barely, as some mischievous asides which are sure to cause some discussion online. The reference to being the last woman standing could be read as being a potential spoiler pointing to the fact that Arya will outlive some of the other major female characters, like her sister Sansa and would-be Queen Daenerys. Then again, it could just simply point to the fact that she is one of the last female cast members to complete her scenes on the set. It wouldn't be the first time that a GOT actor has sparked fan theories about the series finale, as Turner's recent tattoo caused many to assume the Stark family will survive. But Williams is savvy enough to realize the effect her words might have. The presence of blood however does suggest that those surviving from her kill-list (Cersei especially) might have a grisly fate in store. As the shooting gradually concludes on the show, other cast members such as Emilia Clarke have announced their final days as the characters. While we're still approximately a year from seeing the climax to all the storylines, it hasn't stopped fans from continually discussing who will die and who will ascend to the throne. Turner herself recently announced in an interview that the final outcome would be "unpredictable but satisfying" and wouldn't disappoint fans. Hopefully this will turn out to be true, and much-loved characters like Arya will be given the sign-off that they truly deserve. Game of Thrones season 8 is expected to premiere in 2019 on HBO.
  13. KFC mascot Colonel Sanders made a surprise guest appearance on the soap opera General Hospital. The bizarre cameo took place in the latest episode that aired on July 6, reportedly in celebration of National Fried Chicken Day. General Hospital is one of the longest-running shows on television, first airing in 1963. Like most shows in the genre, it has seen its fair share of outrageous plotlines over the years. Popular character Jason Quartermaine became a mafia consigliere as a result of brain damage from a car accident. The show resurrected the dead Katherine Bell with a miracle medicine. And yet, this intersection of marketing and daytime drama proves bewildering nonetheless. According to TV Guide, the Colonel Sanders who appeared on General Hospital was played by veteran actor George Hamilton, who also portrays the icon in the most recent KFC ads. Sanders appears in his signature white pantsuit at character Maxie’s doorstep, greeting her as if they were old friends. It's later revealed that the General Hospital version of the character is actually a computer whiz with exceptional “coding skills" and that he assisted Maxie with his skill set in the past. To further fuel the oddity, Sanders claimed to have been cursed by a warlock and, naturally, was able to see people’s souls. He uses his powers to determine that Maxie’s journalist friend, Lulu, has a pure soul. After his psychic assessment, it's revealed that the Colonel sought out Maxie for “a favor involving his 11 secret herbs and spices.” In an even crazier twist, it's further revealed that he's asking for Maxie’s help in keeping his secret recipe hidden from an ominous “Syndicate", and her response is to hide the recipe in an empty book on her shelf. All this absurdity is capped off by Sanders' parting words, "Stay crispy and stay humble." The inclusion of the character had been teased since June on KFC’s Twitter, beginning with live tweets of General Hospital. Then soon afterwards, KFC announced that the Colonel would make an appearance on the show to, according to Sanders himself, “live the dream I've always dreamed.” The rest was daytime television history. KFC has been known to create rather humorous ads for its marketing campaigns, but this new cameo certainly tops them all. It's doubtful that anyone was meant to take this guest appearance on General Hospital all too seriously. Despite its dramatic tone, it seems that the show has embraced its own relative ridiculousness and become much like its collaborator KFC in making fun of itself. With a show that's been around as long as General Hospital, it only makes sense to experiment with such odd and unexpected plots.
  14. Hellcat's enhanced abilities are on display in a new set video from Jessica Jones season 3. One of the biggest reveals to come out of the sophomore season of Krysten Ritter's solo Marvel Netflix show was the evolution of Trish Walker. Rachel Taylor debuted as the former pop star in season one, and they laid the foundation for her eventual heroic turn. Trish ended up resorting to drastic measures to ensure that may one day happen. Season two made its biggest leaps with Trish undergoing experimental procedures from Karl Malus. Her final scene of the season finale demonstrated that her wish of having powers may have come true. Based on a new set video though, Trish is defintely much closer to being Hellcat. Daily Mail shared a video straight from the set of Jessica Jones season 3 that teases Hellcat's newfound abilities. The video shows Rachel Taylor rigged to a harness and performing various stunts. The most notable is her doing a flip off of the wall, just one example of her enhanced agility. See the video below: While Trish is demonstrating some of her enhanced powers, it doesn't look like she's an active hero just yet. She's wearing training gear, so this is likely just a training exercise for her. She still has a ways to go before she's anywhere close to putting on her yellow and blue suit from the comics. However, it shows that the drive is already there for her to be something more, and that she wants to put her powers to good use. As Trish continues to grow closer to becoming Hellcat, it will be interesting to see what her relationship is like with Jessica the next time they meet. Trish did kill Jessica's mom after all - albeit for what she considered a good reason - and routinely challenged her to be a better hero. Now that Trish has the ability to do some good on her own, will she work against her old friend or could a new threat reunite them? Ritter has said she hopes Jessica can be more heroic in this coming season, which could lead to the super-powered team up fans of their comic dynamic have been waiting for. Only time will tell, but Trish looks to be a major part of the third season, so hopefully a few more looks at her surface as filming continues. It did just begin shooting a few weeks ago after all, so there's plenty of time for more photos and videos to surface from the various NYC filming locations.
  15. Marti Noxon, showrunner of Buffy the Vampire Slayer's sixth season, has admitted she regrets the controversial decision to kill off Willow's lover, Tara. Looking back on the show's legacy, she's admitted that she feels that particular decision was "a little rickety." In her view, it bordered on the "sadistic." Season 6 of Buffy the Vampire Slayer was easily the most controversial. Marti Noxon had been involved with the show for a long time, but she was promoted to the showrunner job for season 6, with series creator Joss Whedon taking a step back. That season took a darker turn than viewers expected, with Noxon opting to show Buffy as a fallen, fallible hero. One of the most controversial decisions of all was in the episode "Seeing Red," when a stray bullet killed Tara Maclay, Willow's lover. The reaction took both Whedon and Noxon by surprise, with the early Internet set ablaze with fury. In a recent interview with Vulture, Noxon reflected back on the legacy of Buffy the Vampire Slayer. Although she's still proud of the show overall, Noxon admitted that she feels some of those decisions are "a little rickety." In her view, the season's dark storytelling went too far on occasion. As she observed: "There were parts of season six where I feel we went too far. We pushed into some categories that almost felt sadistic and that Buffy was volunteering for things that were beyond just “bad choices” and were almost irresponsible for the character. That may have to do with my own history. [Laughs.] The personal, right? It’s personal. And I think that killing Tara was — in retrospect, of all the people, did she have to die?" Tara's death was essentially a plot device to push Willow down a dark path, a variation on the "women in refrigerators" trope - where a lover's death serves only to cause pain to a major character. Some fans even argued that the fact Tara was killed off straight after having sex with Willow was actually homophobic. "People really took me to task online," Noxon recalled. "I finally just disengaged and didn't participate in that conversation at all." In some ways, her experience foreshadows the recent Internet controversies that have faced companies like Lucasfilm or Warner Bros., with writers, showrunners, and stars being relentlessly hounded online. Noxon admitted that her memories of Buffy have been tarnished a little by recent controversies. Last year, an article from Whedon's ex-wife claimed that he was no true feminist; she accused him of using his credentials, and his marriage, to hide a string of affairs with people involved with Buffy. Although Noxon stressed that she never saw Whedon act in that way, she found herself looking back and questioning her early career. "It was incredibly painful for me to revisit that era," Noxon observed, "and have to re-confront the idea that I was successful maybe only because someone wanted to fuck me. All I’ve been able to say about it is that I just never experienced him that way." In spite of the issues that have hounded Buffy, Noxon still believes "parts of it hold up really well." Fans will no doubt be troubled by some of Noxon's reflections, but it's relieving to hear that Noxon still believes the series as a whole does have a positive legacy.
  16. Robin Wright fought to save the jobs of the House of Cards cast and crew after the Kevin Spacey scandal nearly torpedoed season 6, which was initially running smoothly in production last fall. However, when Anthony Rapp and others accused Spacey of sexual assault, the production of the hot Netflix show went into chaos. The Beau Willimon-created political drama debuted in February of 2013 and became an instant hit. Though there were rumors that the show was going to end soon, even before Spacey's scandal, many didn't expect such an abrupt stop. However, season 6 eventually resumed production, and it was recently revealed that Wright's character, new president Claire Underwood, would be the star of the new season. The show will end after season 6, but seems likely to produce at least one spinoff, possibly centering on Doug Stamper (Michael Kelly). Stamper has long-served as Frank Underwood's faithful fixer, but it remains to be seen what he'll be doing with his life now that his boss is out of the picture. Patricia Clarkson, who plays the role of the manipulative Jane Davis on the show, told the panel on The Talk (via Deadline) that Robin Wright fought tooth and nail to keep House of Cards going. "Robin led all of this charge so that people would save their livelihoods, because when the show goes away, some people don’t get paid,” Clarkson claimed. She also revealed that the producers "killed themselves" to rethink the whole show following Spacey's exit. House of Cards is far from the first show to be affected by the real life bad behavior of its main star, although Spacey's case is obviously a lot more severe than most. The production of CBS sitcom Two and a Half Men famously went into disarray after its star, Charlie Sheen, suffered a public meltdown and was fired in 2011. Roseanne, which scored incredible ratings when rebooted earlier this year, stopped production immediately after its lead, Roseanne Barr, tweeted a shockingly racist statement about President Obama's former senior adviser Valerie Jarrett. Then, there are all the various shows and movies which were halted or retooled after the ongoing #MeToo movement produced a fierce backlash against sexual misbehavior on set, leading to damaged careers for multiple powerful men. Robin Wright was right to worry about the staff behind the production of House of Cards. They, like others who work on shows that become scandalized, worry about their future as well as the well-being of their families. Any given film or television series employs hundreds, if not thousands, of far from rich "below-the-line" employees that do important work behind the scenes to make sure a production operates smoothly. Due to the competitive nature of Hollywood, many of these people have a difficult time finding new jobs after being released from their current ones. This is something Kevin Spacey, Roseanne Barr, and others should really have thought about before choosing to behave unprofessionally and improperly. It's great that the staff of House of Cards was able to keep their jobs for a little longer thanks to Robin Wright, but this isn't always the case. House of Cards season 6 premieres in late 2018 on Netflix.
  17. Rick and Morty are back, in a behind the scenes look at the hit animated show. With a 70 episode order and production underway for season 4, this sneak peak peers into the minds of the writers who bring the show to life, giving a glimpse into the unforgettable season 3 finale - and what could have been. Season 3 ended with an epic battle between the President and Rick. Rick, feeling under appreciated, abandoned the President's call to fight a monster lurking under the White House, putting unrest between the two. Tensions quickly escalated, and the two eventually confronted one another in the Oval Office. While peaceful at first, the President dismisses a truce, beginning an all out war between himself and Rick using any and all gadgets either of them could get their hands on. Finding defeat in the realization of who he is truly harming, Rick makes a deal with the President, reuniting and taking his rightful place within the Sanchez family. While many critics have praised the finale and its cohesive conclusion to a season that had transcended beyond animated adult cartoons before it, it could have been very, very different. Posting to their Facebook page, Rick and Morty released a video of the show's writers hard at work, accompanied by a positive message to fans, "We're back in the writer's room! Here's a BTS look from Season 3". It's quickly revealed that while the final episode inevitably came to a battle between the President and Rick, it was originally planned that they would be comrades on a journey to wipe out ISIS werewolves. As crazy as that sounds, for a Rick and Morty episode it seems perfectly fitting. The video continues with a look into the writer's room as the team brainstorms the idea. While the episode went through several revisions - eventually eliminating the ISIS werewolves plot all together - the video provides a humorous and endearing look at the process behind the animation, as well as a glimpse into what the writers are busy doing right now. While the video doesn't reveal anything from Rick and Morty's highly anticipated season 4, it does give fans of the show insight into the writing process and the room where it all begins. There's a carefree and playful camaraderie between all the writers, as they bounce ideas off of one another. Utilizing a white board beneath images of each character, the writers map out the final episode, tweaking and adding as they go. Fans will especially enjoy the off the cuff parody of "Eye of the Tiger" from Dan Harmon - who provides much of the video's humor and heart. Season 3 received the highest ratings ever on Adult Swim, proving its popularity further by becoming the highest rated comedy on television among millennials. Fans were shocked when a renewal was not announced by the network following the conclusion of season 3, and as months dragged on, potentially devastating contract negotiations seemed to threaten the show's future. Yet, the popularity of the show won out, with Adult Swim renewing the series not just for another season, but for a 70 episode order. Production kicked into action shortly after. With this latest news announcing the writers' return to the drawing board, excitement builds as fans get one step closer to the release of Season 4. While no official date has been announced, Rick and Morty is expected to return to Adult Swim in 2019.
  18. A photo from behind the scenes of Arrow shows that the cast are back on the job and ready to work on season 7. The long-running superhero show started production on its seventh season earlier this week. The sixth season of Arrow ended in turmoil and a Pyrrhic victory for the heroes of Star City. Reuniting after spending the better part of a year fighting one another over various personal differences, the reassembled Team Arrow was able to expose the corrupt police officers and politicians who were under the thumb of aspiring crime-lord Ricardo Diaz. The victory came at a high cost, however, with Oliver Queen surrendering himself to the FBI and revealing his secret identity as Green Arrow to the world in exchange for an immunity detail for the rest of Star City's heroes. Team Arrow also lost Quentin Lance - a former police detective turned Mayor - who sacrificed his life to save the super-villain Black Siren, who he was trying to redeem. The season ended with Diaz still at-large, Oliver Queen in a maximum security prison and John "Spartan" Diggle entrusted with a new Green Arrow costume, having already been asked to take over the name at the start of season 6. A photo posted to the ARROWwriters Twitter account - the official account for the Arrow Writer's Room - showed some of the actors as they arrived for the table read of the first script of season 7. This included Echo Kellum (Curtis Holt/Mister Terrific), Emily Bett Rickards (Felicity Smoak), Stephen Amell (Oliver Queen/Green Arrow) and David Ramsey (John Diggle/Spartan). View image on Twitter Twitter Ads info and privacy The photo has indirectly confirmed one aspect of season 7 that Arrow-heads everywhere were excited about. It is clear from this photo that Stephen Amell is, as promised, growing out the classic Green Arrow goatee from the comics. It remains to be seen, however, how long the famous beard will remain. Surprisingly little is known for certain about the story of Arrow's seventh season at this time. It has been speculated, with Oliver Queen in prison, that the show may do their own spin on Supermax - a proposed Green Arrow movie, that would have seen a wrongly accused Green Arrow fighting for survival in a prison for super-villains. It is unknown for certain how long Oliver Queen will remain in prison, but Amell shot down early rumors that he would be freed after three episodes. The fate of the rest of Team Arrow is equally unclear, though one casting report indicates plenty of new challenges for Black Canary, Mister Terrific, Wild Dog, Felicity Smoak and John Diggle, whether or not he takes up the hood of the Green Arrow again. These challenges will involve Konomi Rhodes - "a formidable fighter who ends ups clashing with the heroes of Star City" and a rookie SCPD cop named Jessie Bowden, who is determined to bring down Star City's costumed crime-fighters at any cost. The only thing certain at this time is that the seventh season of Arrow will be one to watch!
  19. After teasing audiences with a cryptic video that featured footage of US President Donald Trump, Sacha Baron Cohen - the man behind Borat, Ali Gi, and Brßno - revealed that his mystery project is actually a brand new comedy series for Showtime. He is currently in talks to create an interview-style series in the vein of Da Ali G Show. An English comedian and filmmaker, Baron Cohen began his career by donning the persona of fictional characters and interviewing unsuspecting people in documentary-esque sketches. He later went on to write, produce, and star in Da Ali G Show and Borat's Television Programme before adapting the latter into the feature-length mockumentary titled Borat! Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan, which earned him a Golden Globe for Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy, as well as an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Screenplay. He's since worked with directors like Tim Burton (Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street), Adam McKay (Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby), and Martin Scorsese (Hugo). Now, Baron Cohen is revisiting his mockumentary roots in a new Showtime series taking aim at Donald Trump. According to Variety, Baron Cohen is currently in talks with Showtime to produce and distribute the new series. And though there is little in the way of details, Baron Cohen's cryptic video which he released via his personal Twitter account incorporated video footage of Trump verbally berating the actor, ending with a logo for Trump University, which no longer exists. As of now, there are reportedly two episodes that have already been filmed for the series, though Showtime has not confirmed this. No stranger to controversy, Baron Cohen has been at the receiving end of harsh criticism over the years for his display of oftentimes over-the-top comedy. For example, he once convinced British politician Neil Hamilton to smoke what was reportedly marijuana on live television, spilled an urn of (fake) ashes on Ryan Seacrest during a red carpet interview at the 2012 Academy Awards, and even snuck onto the Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada fashion show runway in Milan while in character as Brßno Gehard. While it's unclear what sort of character Baron Cohen will create for the show (he won't reprise any of his original characters), the series appears to have an education-based slant. Given that the footage of Trump refers to Baron Cohen going to back to school, and with the use of the Trump University logo, it's fair to assume that his character may well be a student - if not a student of the defunct Trump University.
  20. Despite a movie remake happening, the Child's Play TV series is moving forward with Chucky voice Brad Dourif in tow, and not attached to the film. Given the patently ridiculous premise of the entire Child's Play franchise - human serial killer uses voodoo to transfer his soul into the body of a doll, which then somehow manages to kill dozens of people despite being tiny - it's a wonder that its continuity is actually pretty straightforward. Unlike many other horror properties, Child's Play has - up until now - never erased any entries from the timeline, or retconned major plot points from existence, even with the series progressively getting weirder as it went along. Thanks to the recent announcement of a film remake/reboot of Child's Play, it looks like that clean continuity is about to be blown up. Made by MGM - distributor of the first film, but not the sequels - the remake's reported plot and characters bear almost no resemblance to the franchise fans know and love. For one, their Chucky is set to get a high tech upgrade, which is sure to inspire lots of Jason X jokes among genre faithful. When the remake reports surfaced, many wondered what this meant for Chucky creator Don Mancini's planned Child's Play TV series. It turns out that the answer is... not much. According to a report by Bloody Disgusting, what many had been speculating is in fact true: Universal - rights holder to everything but the first film - has no plans to get out of the Chucky business. To that end, Mancini and longtime franchise producer David Kirschner's TV series follow-up to last year's successful sequel Cult of Chucky is still moving forward, with Chucky voice actor Brad Dourif onboard. As a consequence though, it's also confirmed that Dourif won't be part of MGM's remake, instead opting to work solely within Mancini and Universal's efforts. While that news is sure to please fans who worried that MGM's remake plans would bring the original Chucky continuity to an end, it also deals a big blow to said remake. Horror fans tend to be fiercely loyal to their favorite franchises, and the actors and creators who make them. With Dourif not returning for that film, it's genre cred instantly takes a nosedive. Additionally, Mancini and Kirschner not only aren't involved with MGM's project, but they're actively against it, having reportedly been approached to take executive producer credits on the film, only to decline. By doing so, they're effectively making it clear that no endorsement of the idea is forthcoming. Now, that doesn't mean MGM's Child's Play revamp will fail. Casual moviegoers are unlikely to care much about whether or not the original players endorse this remake, and are likely to see a recognizable brand name and buy a ticket. Within the horror community though, films tend to live and die by word of mouth. It's not hard to imagine many genre devotees actively working against the remake because they see it as a soulless cash grab, and urging both their horror fan and non-horror fan friends to skip it and save their time and money for Mancini's TV series, and the further movie sequels Mancini says Universal plans to make going forward.
  21. The second season of Netflix’s Castlevania will land on the streaming platform this October. Castlevania is based on the classic video game series of the same name, which sees various generations of the Belmont clan picking up the famous Vampire Killer whip and storming Dracula’s castle. The franchise’s mix of fast-paced action, inventive monsters and tense platforming have seen it last for over 30 years thus far. Netflix’s Castlevania started life as a separate, feature-length anime project at another studio, but after years in development hell, the script was dusted off and divided into 4 episodes. While most video game adaptations are met with critical scorn and fan disappointment, Castlevania has proven to be the rare exception. The first season received raves for its lush animation and a great script, which developed the characters and fleshed out the world. The short, 4 episode series had fans screaming out for more, and a second season was quickly confirmed. Screenwriter Warren Ellis previously told fans to expect Castlevania season 2 around mid-2018, but it was recently confirmed it had been delayed. Now the release date has been revealed, with producer Adi Shankar stating at Anime Expo 2018 (via Comic Book) the show would return this October. Ellis also stated previously this season of Castlevania would wrap up the current storyline, which will pick up with vampire hunter Trevor Belmont and Alucard – Dracula’s estranged son – teaming up to take down the head vamp. Netflix is obviously confident the show will do well, with Belmont voice actor Richard Armitage confirming season three is already being developed. The actor also stated he’d be onboard for a live-action take on Castlevania, but it appears no such plans are currently in the works. A Castlevania movie was developed for a number of years, firstly with Paul W.S. Anderson (Resident Evil) attached to write and direct, and later James Wan (Aquaman). Like so many projects in Hollywood, however, the planned movie slipped into development hell. Sadly, it appears publisher Konami has no current plans for a new Castlevania console title. 2014’s Lords Of Shadow 2 was the most recent entry, but the company has since turned away from AAA game development to focus on mobile titles instead. A new multiplayer iOS game titled Castlevania: Grimoire Of Souls is being released in Japan, but there’s no word on an international release. Konami’s other high-profile gaming series like Metal Gear Solid and Silent Hill are also currently on hold
