  1. Miranda Lambert and Evan Felker have broken up, though the signer has assured fans she's happy. Back in May (18), it was confirmed that the couple began dating after the 34-year-old musician and his band, the Turnpike Troubadours, joined Lambert's Livin’ Like Hippies Tour in early February. Felker's estranged wife Staci Nelson was reportedly blindsided with his sudden divorce filing just days after he had met the 34-year-old Tin Man star for the first time, according to a People. But in a recent interview with The Tennessean, Lambert opened up about her relationship status and revealed she is now “happily single”. “Love is a hard road sometimes and it’s been a roller-coaster ride for me, but I’m definitely thankful for all the ups and downs because I’ve had some really good songs come out of it,” she explained. “You’ve got to take the bad parts and put them on paper and then move on to the happy parts.” The couple was last spotted in late July when they were photographed holding hands in New York City ahead of their show at the Jones Beach Theater. According to People, the Turnpike Troubadours have dropped out of their final performances of Lambert’s The Bandwagon Tour. The singer, who was previously married to fellow country star Blake Shelton, recently got candid in an interview with HITS Daily Double about heartbreak while discussing her emotional sixth album, The Weight of These Wings. “I am who I am. I am honest about being flawed,” Lambert explained. “That’s all I can be, you know? I cuss. I drink. I get divorced and get my heart broken. I break hearts.”
  2. Selena Gomez shared a teaser of a secret project she's working on with Cardi B. The 26-year-old singer took to her Instagram Story to give fans a sneak peek at the collaboration with the I Like It rapper, DJ Snake and Puerto Rican reggaeton and Latin trap singer Ozuna. "So basically, they asked me after I'm sweating to do liners and to do everything. So now I look like this and, of course, the queen looks flawless as always," Selena, wearing a white tank top, red statement earrings and a cherry lip, said in the clip, before turning the camera to Cardi dressed in a red lace gown. "Ok. I'm here with my legend queen, Cardi," she said in another clip. "Snake is looking so extra with his glasses. And Ozuna. I hope you guys like our song." Cardi also shared clips and snaps from the fun-filled day, uploading a picture of four director chairs with the artists' names on the back, plus a tiny one for her baby daughter, Kulture. "Soon come ON SET," the 25-year-old Bronx native captioned the snap. The new mother also went on Instagram Live to share how excited she was for the collaboration. "Right now, I'm on my way to set. Today, I'm gonna do a music video for a DJ Snake (song) featuring Ozuna and a surprise artist," Cardi said. "This artist is a surprise, but when the song is out ya'll gonna find out." Cardi has been laying low since the birth of her and husband Offset's baby girl in July (18), and made her return to the stage on Monday (20Aug18) at the MTV Video Music Awards, where she opened the show.
  3. Jennifer Lopez and her beau Alex Rodriguez have found the secret to a happy relationship – not spending any time apart. The superstar couple began dating last March and despite their busy schedules, with the singer juggling filming of TV show Shades of Blue with her All I Have Las Vegas residency, have managed to survive by reportedly making a pact to spend all their time together. “They have a no-time apart pact,” a source told Heat magazine. “They’ve agreed to spend as little time away from each other as possible – they freak out if they’re apart for a night or two.” Judging by their respective Instagram feeds, the baseball star-turned-broadcaster has been stuck to the three-times married star like glue. As well as joining her at work commitments, Alex has also enjoyed lots of holidays with Jennifer and their combined brood of four – Jennifer’s twins Max and Emme, 10, with ex Marc Anthony, and Alex’s daughters Natasha, 13, and Ella, 10, who he shares with Cynthia Scurtis. And at the recent MTV Video Music Awards, an appreciative Alex drew attention for his constant filming of his stunning girlfriend as she twerked at the event. However, it seems that their desire to spend so much time together has made a lot less space for the stars’ friends. “Being together all the time has taken its toll on a lot of their friendships,” the source added. “They can’t seem to bear being apart. “This relationship had better work, because they may not have anyone else to turn to if not.”
  4. Mandy Moore is determined for her new music to have an "organic" vibe. The multi-talented star started out her career as a teen popstar, rising to fame with her debut single Candy in early 1999 and releasing her first studio album, So Real, later that year. Mandy has since put her music career on hold to focus on acting, though recently confirmed that she was plotting a comeback and has now shared that she has a specific sound in mind. "I want to feel organic and modern, with a live band. I’d like to keep it small... I don't think I'm going back to any pop star moments," she told Elle.com, adding that she has always been a fan of Joni Mitchell. "I still feel like I grew up in the wrong decade, you know? I listen to the same stuff I’ve listened to for years." While continuing to juggle her commitments to TV show This Is Us, in which she plays Rebecca Pearson, Mandy is returning to the studio and has hinted that she may even do a duet with her fiance, Dawes frontman Taylor Goldsmith. However, she's not in a rush to complete her record. "I’m writing every day, but I’m trying to do it with no pressure. Maybe just a song or an EP will get released," the 34-year-old explained. During the chat, Mandy also spoke about how fan support has influenced her decision to sing again and praised the power of social media. The brunette beauty boasts over 2.5 million followers on Instagram alone. "I feel like with social media, everyone has a platform now. You’re on an equal playing field. Somebody who’s never been (in a movie) can get the same kind of traction as I can—there are no rules anymore," she smiled.

  12. Prince's brothers and sisters are suing a doctor who prescribed the late music icon pain pills, insisting he's partly responsible for the star's death. In a new lawsuit filed in Minnesota's Hennepin County District Court, the family members claim Dr. Michael Schulenberg failed to treat the Purple Rain star for opiate addiction. Schulenberg previously disputed investigators' claims he prescribed oxycodone to Prince under his bodyguard’s name to protect the singer's privacy, and now his attorney has shot down the family lawsuit, contending it has no merit. The late star's kin claim the doctor is among several defendants who should have diagnosed Prince's opioid addiction in the weeks before his death and prevented it. The lawsuit seeks unspecified damages in excess of $50,000 (GBP39,000), according to Billboard. Prince was caught on surveillance cameras looking frail as he visited Dr. Schulenberg with his assistant, Kirk Johnson, on the day before he died. During the visit to the clinic, he reportedly told the medic he was feeling "antsy" and questioned whether he was suffering side effects as he had stopped taking painkiller Tylenol earlier that day. Text messages between Johnson and Schulenberg on 7 April (16) also show that the assistant was concerned for Prince's health and wanted him to see a doctor. In an interview with investigators Johnson said he didn't realise Prince had an opioid addiction until he passed out on a plane a week before he died. Prince was found unresponsive and slumped in an elevator at his Paisley Park compound near Minneapolis in April, 2016. Coroners ruled he died of an accidental overdose of fentanyl. It has since come to light that the musician had been taking medication for years to ease the agony of a hip issue.
  13. Rihanna will be handing over profits from her Fenty Beauty products to African students in need throughout the month of September (18). The Work hitmaker is channelling the proceeds she receives for her makeup products into her Clara Lionel Foundation (CLF), a charity she established in 2012 and named after her grandparents that works to improve conditions for impoverished communities around the world. Rihanna's Clara Lionel Foundation will partner with the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and the Campaign for Female Education next month to provide scholarships to girls in Malawi attending secondary school, and the star hopes customers who buy her Fenty Beauty products will feel good about contributing to the cause. "We hope that this collaboration allows the Fenty Beauty community to feel not only like they're part of the CLF journey but also that they can take action on issues they are passionate about," Justine Lucas, executive director of Rihanna's charity, tells Marie Claire. "At the heart of our mission is the idea that everyone can play a part in creating a more just and equitable world by contributing in their own way." Rihanna and her team provided bicycles to students in Malawi last year (17) and the pop star visited the country with Lucas to see firsthand how their philanthropic work is impacting Malawian communities. "We saw firsthand how this critical intervention helps girls avoid early marriage, early pregnancy, and HIV/AIDS," the executive director recalls, noting many of the students who graduate from secondary school move on to become businesswomen. "We met a wonderful young woman, Annie, who graduated (and) opened her own restaurant, and is now able to support her entire family." Rihanna, who pledged to help raise $3.1 billion (ÂŁ2.5 billion) for Global Partnership for Education to fund schooling around the world, is also hosting her annual fundraising Diamond Ball event in September. She raise over $5 million (ÂŁ3.9 million) at the gala last year.
  14. Animal activists at People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals PETA have asked Aretha Franklin's family to consider donating the late Queen of Soul's furs to refugees and the homeless. The animal rights group leaders are hoping to use the singer's vast fur coat collection to provide warmth to people in need in refugee camps and at homeless shelters, while donating some to staff at wildlife rehabilitation facilities, who turn them into bedding for orphaned creatures. If Franklin's family accepts PETA's offer, the soul legend, who passed away last week (16Aug18), will posthumously join a long list of celebrities, including Anjelica Huston, Mariah Carey, Kim Cattrall, Mary Tyler Moore, and Sharon Osbourne, who have donated unwanted fur coats to the organisation. "By donating Aretha Franklin's fur coats to PETA, her family could expand her legacy of social justice to animals," says PETA Executive President Tracy Reiman. "While we can't bring back the animals who suffered and died for them, these coats can help others by providing some much-needed warmth to orphaned animals and humans in desperate need." PETA's request for the coats has gone out to Sabrina Garrett Owens, Aretha's niece. The letter, obtained by WENN, reads: "We're so sorry for the loss of your aunt. The world has lost an amazing talent, and we're grateful that her music will live on. "Aretha will always be remembered for all that she did to help empower African-American people, especially women, in her lifetime. Might we now call on her estate to help end the cruel era of wearing animal fur by donating her fur coats to PETA, where they'll go on to offer warmth and comfort to those who need it the most? In the past, we've given donated fur coats to homeless shelters in the U.S. and to displaced refugees in Afghanistan, Mongolia, and Syria. "Thank you for your time and consideration. Please let us know if there's anything that we can do to help you and your family through this difficult time."
  15. Ariana Grande is planning a return to the site of a bomb attack that cost 22 fans their lives last year (17), if a mysterious new Snapchat post is to be believed. The singer posted a list of U.K. tour dates on the app early on Friday (24Aug18) and then quickly removed it, but not before some eagle-eyed fans spotted it. One fan, who took a screen grab of the dates, wrote: "This was posted on Ariana’s snapchat regarding tour dates but she deleted it quickly after, did she do it on purpose?" The venues listed included a to-be-confirmed date at Manchester Arena, where fans were killed in a terrorist bomb explosion in May, 2017, prompting a brief halt to Ariana's Dangerous Woman Tour. Grande returned to the city a month later to host and headline a tribute concert to the victims of the tragedy. The God Is a Woman singer's Snapchat post appears to have surprised bosses of some of the venues on the 2019 tour list, with a spokesman for Nottingham’s Motorpoint Arena stating, "Obviously we’d love to host Ariana Grande here. Unfortunately we've not had any indication that she’s coming here on tour." Meanwhile, Ariana has told British fans she'll be visiting them next month (Sep18) in a note celebrating the success of her new album, Sweetener, which debuted at number one in the U.K. on Friday (24Aug18). "Thank you so much! I'm so grateful!" she told OfficialCharts.com. "I can't tell you how appreciative I am. I can't wait to see you in September." The new album features a tribute to the victims of the bomb attack, titled Get Well Soon, which a includes a long silence at the end of the track and an overall running time of five minutes and 22 seconds (5:22), to symbolise the date of the tragedy - 22 May (17).
  16. The unveiling of a new statue tribute to Chris Cornell in his native Seattle, Washington has been pushed back to October (18) to accommodate crowds. The tragic Soundgarden singer's widow, Vicky, and bosses at the Museum of Pop Culture opted to postpone next week's (29Aug18) Chris Cornell: An Everlasting Tribute to Seattle's Son event after realising they needed to do more planning. The statue will now be unveiled on 7 October (18). A spokesman for the event tells WENN, "Since announcing plans for the statue, MoPoP and the Cornell family have received an overwhelming response from the community wanting to honour Chris' life. The decision was made to move the statue unveiling from Wednesday, August 29 to Sunday, October 7 to accommodate crowds." Vicky Cornell commissioned artist Nick Marras to create the life-size bronze statue, which features the rock legend in one of his iconic poses, and admits she's thrilled with the finished piece, and can't wait to unveil it for fans. "As an artist, my husband was not only one of the greatest voices in rock history but also one of the greatest and most prolific poets of his time," she says. "His contribution to music birthed a movement that would leave an indelible mark on popular music forever. "It only makes sense that I donate this statue to MoPop with their dedication to the ideas and risk-taking that fuel contemporary popular culture. Like my husband and his music, MoPop reaches multigenerational audiences, and this is the perfect place where people near and far can come together to not only support the museum and its programmes, but also celebrate the legacy that my husband left behind, not only in Seattle but around the world."
  17. Congratulations to Ariana Grande, who lands straight in at Number 1 on the Official Albums Chart with her new album Sweetener. It's Ariana's second Number 1 album after 2016's Dangerous Woman and her strongest opening sales week yet: Sweetener shifted 45,000 and is the week's biggest record across UK physical sales, downloads and streaming. Ariana told OfficialCharts.com: "Thank you so much! I'm so grateful! I can't tell you how appreciative I am. I can't wait to see you in September ;)”. Sweetener ends Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again's four-week reign at the top (2), and The Greatest Showman drops a place to complete the Top 3. Manchester-born rapper Bugzy Malone lands his fourth consecutive Top 10 album with new collection B. Inspired at Number 6, London singer-songwriter Gabrielle lands her first Top 10 in 14 years this week with Under My Skin (7), and Slaves enter at 8 with their third album Acts Of Fear And Love and claim both this week's best-selling album on vinyl and the most popular release in independent record shops. Elsewhere, US indie-rockers Death Cab For Cutie open at 24 with their ninth record Thank You For Today, Stefflon Don mixtape Secure debuts at 35 and Ten Millennia’s Love Won’t Wait bows at 36.
  18. Three Aretha Franklin albums re-enter this week's Top 40 following her death last week; Soul Queen at 15, 30 Greatest Hits at 16 and Respect - The Very Best Of at 27. Just outside the Top 40 is A Brand New Me; an orchestral album of Aretha's hits released last December reaches a new peak at 45. On the Official Singles Chart, three Aretha classics land inside the Top 100. 1968’s I Say A Little Prayer is at 51, R.E.S.P.E.C.T at 63 and (You Make Me Feel Like) A Natural Woman lands at 79 – its first ever chart entry in the UK. According to Official Charts Company data, across her entire catalogue, Aretha’s tracks notched up an impressive 10.1 million UK audio streams this week, I Say At Little Prayer and R.E.S.P.E.C.T were streamed over a million times each.
  19. George Ezra extends his run at Number 1 on the UK's Official Singles Chart for a fourth week with Shotgun. George's summer anthem kept hold of the top spot with a lead of 3,000 combined chart sales and was the most streamed song of the week with 7 million plays across services such as Spotify, Apple Music, Deezer and YouTube. Drake keeps a firm grip on Number 2 with In My Feelings, while Eastside by Benny Blanco, Halsey and Khalid rises one to Number 3. Calvin Harris & Sam Smith score the most downloaded track of the last seven days and the week's highest new entry at Number 4 with Promises, while Loud Luxury advance one spot to complete the Top 5 with Body ft. Brando (5). In addition to her UK Number 1 album, Ariana Grande has three songs in this week's Top 40. God is a Woman rebounds six to Number 6, Breathin storms to Number 8, and Sweetener lands at Number 22. Jess Glynne claims her 11th Top 20 single with All I Am, new at Number 16, while David Guetta and Anne-Marie are this week's highest climbers as they rocket fourteen places to Number 23. Three more songs debut in this week's Top 40. TOOTIMETOOTIMETOOTIME by The 1975 starts out at Number 26, Marshmello & Bastille impact at 31 with Happier, and the duo of Latvian DJ Dynoro and Italian DJ Gigi D'Agostino climb into the Top 40 to Number 36 with In My Mind.
  20. Noel Gallagher has found a copy of a lost solo album he thought he'd destroyed for good in his sock drawer. Shortly after leaving Oasis in 2009, Noel worked with experimental production duo Amorphous Androgynous on what would have been his debut solo record. The 'space rock' album was eventually shelved in favour of his work with Noel Gallagher's High Flying Birds, with only one track, Shoot a Hole Into the Sun, released as a B-side to his new band's single Dream On. Noel previously claimed to have disliked the record so much he destroyed every trace of the music - but has now revealed copies still exist. "I did find a copy of it recently in a sock draw," he told DJ and comedian Matt Morgan in a YouTube chat. "The masters (tapes), somebody has them, the masters have not been destroyed - but it won't be coming out any time soon." However, the 51-year-old rocker appeared to have a change of heart as he went on to say that it's a project he might like to go back to eventually. "It might be nice to go back and revisit it in years to come, because Shoot a Hole into the Sun is f**king great and there might be more stuff like that in there. Best to give it a bit of distance though I think,” he mused. He went on to say that the album "just wasn't right for the time" - a much mellower stance than he took in 2015 when he told Noisey.com that he'd wiped all traces of the album off the face of the Earth. "There's no bootleg because I own the master and I destroyed it," he claimed. "My manager's not even heard it. I wouldn't play it. It was so underwhelming to me that I never played it to anybody." Since then his music has gone in a more experimental direction, with his latest album, the Mercury-nominated Who Built the Moon, inspired by psychedelic and glam rock.
  21. Pete Davidson made a dirty joke about Ariana Grande when a fan quizzed him on what life with his fiance popstar is really like. The Saturday Night Live comedian popped the question to Ariana in June (18), weeks after the couple went public with their new romance. Performing at Auburn University in Alabama on Thursday (23Aug18), Pete was probed on what effect the proposal has had on the couple's relationship - and the funnyman didn't hold back. "What’s it like being engaged to Ariana? It’s like what you would think it was like but, like, 100 times sicker. It’s f**king lit," the 24-year-old told the cheering crowd. "I’m a very, very lucky boy, and I’m very, very loved and I’m very lucky." He then added: "And my d**k’s forever hard." While some fans were shocked by his cheeky response, Ariana, who was backstage at the event, appeared amused by her fiance's comments and took to social media to congratulate Pete on his set. "Bae was funny as f**k and brilliant today as always," she gushed on her Instagram Stories alongside a black-and-white photo of herself sat on Pete's lap. The following day, the Side to Side songstress was forced to defend her husband-to-be once again after an article entitled 'Does Pete Davidson Have Butthole Eyes?' appeared, mocking his tired appearance. "y’all do kno this man has an auto immune disease ...... right ? ..... like you do understand what you’re doing when u do this right ? jus wanna make sure (sic)," she questioned on Twitter, referencing Pete's battle with inflammatory bowel disease Crohn's, which is known make the eye area become swollen
  22. Liam Payne has hinted on his new EP First Time that his former girlfriend Cheryl was the one who ended their relationship. The One Direction star recently announced that he was pushing back the release of his debut solo album following his split from the British popstar in July (18), and would instead be releasing a four-track EP, which dropped on Friday (24Aug18). On Depend On It, a stripped-back piano-led ballad, the 24-year-old hints that he wasn't ready to let go of their two-year relationship when 35-year-old Cheryl called time on it. "We used to be lovin', touchin', kissin', f**kin', like our lives depend on it/ How'd we get to lying, crying, always fighting like our lives depend on it?" he sings. "Oh there you go, putting words in my mouth/ It's about to go down/ I'm not ready yet, there's still a thread left/ If I could just hold on, onto unravelling hope, give it one last go/ I don't know why, just need us to try." Other lyrics include, "Why you looking at me with angry eyes, are we ever gonna make it alive?" and, "How could I know what you had hiding there, behind those fire eyes..." On Slow, a more uptempo number, the singer reveals that he knew the relationship was done, with the lyrics, "know that we're broken, know this was over months ago", but hopes to be let down slowly. The first chorus goes, "If you're gonna let me down, let me down slow, tell me what I already, already know/ I know that you're mind is already made up, but give me one more night before we give up." In another chorus, the line changes to, "Just another minute I ain't ready to go." The other two tracks, Home With You and First Time, featuring French Montana, focus more on his newfound single life. Liam and Cheryl, parents to 17-month-old son Bear, announced their split on social media in July. As a result, Liam decided to go back into the studio and rework his solo album so it would "truly represent" him.
  23. Nicki Minaj has accused Travis Scott's co-manager Irving Azoff of plotting a smear campaign against her upcoming tour. The Super Bass singer took aim at Travis last weekend (18-19Aug18) after his Astroworld album reached number one in the U.S. charts ahead of her fourth record, Queen, and accused him of using his girlfriend Kylie Jenner's widespread social media reach to generate album sales. Now, the 35-year-old has turned her wrath on legendary music executive Irving, who also manages artists including Harry Styles, Christina Aguilera and Gwen Stefani, following the news that she has scraped her North American co-headlining NickiHndrxx tour with Future. Though the duo cited "production issues" as the reason for the delay, multiple news outlets claimed floundering ticket sales were instead to blame - and Nicki is certain that Irving is behind the reports. "The c**ksucker of the day is Irving Azoff,” the rapper raged on her Apple Music Beats 1 show, Queen Radio, on Thursday. "And I’m gonna tell you why. Allegedly, he tried to put out a smear campaign against my tour, and contacted people in the media to spread negative things about my tour." Nicki then slammed the 70-year-old music executive for his time at Ticketmaster, where he served as CEO until 2013, following a recent investigation into the entertainment company concerning complaints that Live Nation, who merged with the platform under Irving's watch, had engaged in anti-competitive practices. "May God be with you, Irving," Nicki added. "It’s disgusting what these people have been systematically trying to do." New York Post's Page Six first reported that Nicki's tour ticket sales had been underwhelming, with a Live Nation source labelling the figures "the most disappointing ticket sales of the year for any artist". "These are big arenas with up to 20,000 capacities," they continued. "Sales for opening night in Baltimore is 2,000 tickets. L.A. is 3,400, New Orleans 1,000, Denver 1,300, Chicago 3,900. Even her hometown Brooklyn is only 5,050." The co-headlining tour will now launch in February (19) in Munich, Germany, though Future won’t be apart of the shows when they eventually head to North America.
  24. Janet Jackson is set to be honoured at the 2018 Black Girls Rock! awards. The singer shot to musical fame with hits like Nasty, Rhythm Nation and That's the Way Love Goes, and has established herself as one of the world's best-selling artists, selling over 100 million records throughout her nearly 40-year career. According to Billboard, organisers for the annual awards ceremony, which was founded by former DJ and model Beverly Bond to honour and promote black women in different fields, will now recognise the 52-year-old singer as a "phenomenal woman in music" with the Rock Star Award. It marks the third time Janet has been celebrated for her contributions to the music industry in recent months. The mother-of-one was honoured with the first-ever Impact Award at the 2018 Radio Disney Music Awards in recognition of her influence on the entertainment industry, a month after being presented with the Icon Award at the Billboard Music Awards. Other stars receiving accolades at the Black Girls Rock! awards include Mary J. Blige, who will be honoured with the Star Power Award, Naomi Campbell, who will be presented with the Black Girl Magic Award, and Judith Jamison, who is set to receive the Living Legend Award for her extensive work in dance and choreography. The show will also recognise Emmy-winning writer Lena Waithe and Tarana Burke of the #MeToo movement and pay tribute to the late Aretha Franklin, who passed away at the age of 76 last week after a battle with advanced pancreatic cancer. Hosted by Queen Latifah, Black Girls Rock! will be taped on Sunday (26Aug18) at the New Jersey Performing Arts Center in Newark, New Jersey and aired via BET Networks on 9 September.
  25. Country star Jana Kramer is shutting down the baby factory after she gives birth later this year (18), insisting she's too old to get pregnant again. The former One Tree Hill star and her husband, Mike Caussin, revealed they were preparing to welcome a sibling for their two-year-old daughter Jolie in June (18). The 34 year old, who reconciled with Mike last year (17) after separating in 2016, has since announced she is expecting a son, and now she reveals she doesn't want to get pregnant again. "I'm gonna be 35 in December and after 35 it's basically a geriatric pregnancy," she tells Us Weekly magazine. "I wanna be done. I wanna live the rest of my thirties getting in shape and just taking care. We wanna adopt too." "If we have anymore, it'll be adoption," Mike adds before Jana quips, "So just nothing else out of me!" Jana and Mike will welcome their baby boy in November, and they are trying to carve out as much time together as possible before they become parents to another baby. "I'm like, 'Honey, all I want is just intentional time together. You make time to go to work, you make time to do these things, make intentional time'," she laughs. Jana's current pregnancy comes shortly after she revealed she had previously suffered a series of miscarriages during her journey to parenthood, which included undergoing in vitro fertilisation treatment, before falling pregnant naturally with little Jolie and again with her unborn son. She also recently revealed the pregnancy saved her marriage to the former American footballer. "Babies and having other kids don't save a marriage but for us, this baby truly has been a saviour for us in a way that we've really done our work and gotten dirty," she told People magazine. "We're bringing a child into this world (so) we have to be there for each other and continue to do our own recovery work for him and me and be in a place where we're bringing him (our son) into the best environment possible."
