The upcoming standalone Destiny 2 Forsaken expansion is just a matter of days and the excitement is way over the bridge. Although we have had a few details revealed every now and then but nothing of this sort. Very recently a Destiny 2 Forsaken Leak has emerged, which seems to have highlighted quite a lot of details. A Reddit user who goes by the name Ginsor recently revealed, some supposed information about this leak, surrounding the upcoming DLC. Nvidia is yet to announce its next-gen gaming GPUs but a report has made its way on the internet suggesting that Nvidia RTX 2080 pre-orders will start this coming Monday and also revealed the price for the upcoming Nvidia GPU. This is according to NordicHardware, who has confirmed that Nvidia RTX 2080 Pre-Orders will start from Monday meaning the August 20th is the date that you need to save if you want to secure a pre-order for the GPU. According to NordicHardware, they have heard it from the official channels that Nvidia RTX 2080 Pre-Orders will start this Monday on August 20, 2018. This falls in line with Nvidia’s August 20th pre-Gamescom conference where Nvidia will presumably announce the GPU and soon after that will open the Nvidia RTX 2080 Pre-Orders. However, don’t expect any custom version of Nvidia RTX 2080 or a GPU from any of its AIB partners as it will most probably be Founders Edition of the Nvidia RTX 2080. Black Ops 4 multiplayer Beta has come and gone. Last Monday we got to play our final match in the game and everyone had some mixed reviews about the game but what is worth appreciating is that Treyarch is always listening and they are going to do what the fans want. Treyarch handled the Beta very well and implemented changes to the game during each Beta weekends. Now taking it further, Treyarch has officially revealed the changes they are going to make when the final game arrives in October. These changes include Fog Of War which is getting nerfed and you will need Team Link perk to locate enemies behind you. Another good change is being made to the Tac Deploy equipment. Every time you die, the kill-cam will notify you if the enemy is still in the surrounding or not. The most annoying Body Armour is now weaker and will take more damage from explosives. Also, those who kill someone with Body Armour will be awarded with 25 extra points to be added to your scorestreaks feed. Last but not the least, you will now have an option to choose to navigate with D-pad or a cursor and enemy loadout will be visible to you in kill-cams. Black Ops 4 was fun to some but most influencers were not very happy with the game due to the increased health in the game and equipment such as body armour, which made it a totally different Call Of Duty game than we are used to. After some teasing on Twitter by Treyarch, it’s been officially revealed that Blackout Beta of the game will arrive on September 10 and we can choose to play it Solo, Duo or with Squad. Treyarch is indeed doing a great job by listening to the community and if it keeps on doing further changes, the whole thing can turn around and Black Ops 4 can be our most favourite Call Of Duty game ever.

Elder Scrolls Blades will soon be coming to PC, console and mobile devices. While there is still time before we get to play the game, Bethesda has noted that player choice is the only priority for the game and also revealed some details regarding what players will be able to do. Speaking with Gamereactor, Bethesda’s Pete Hines talked about The Elder Scrolls Blades and how the game will give players choices in regards to how they want to play. According to Hines, the Elder Scrolls Blades will come with “console-quality graphics” and the team is hard at work to “create all of that content that makes for a deep, rich Elder Scrolls experience”. Furthermore, he added that he considers the “Town Mode” the base game where the players will be spending most of their time. As explained by Hines, in the Elder Scrolls Blades “Town Mode” players will be part of a group called “Blades” and when they return to their home they will find it destroyed and it is player’s job to rebuild the town. While explaining the Town Mode for the upcoming the Elder Scrolls Blades, Hines also hinted at an invasion-like game mechanic that will allow players to visit towns of other players and see how they are rebuilding it. So you’re going on quests, talking to NPCs, and starting to rebuild the town, and in rebuilding the town you get to make choices about what you’re going to build and how you want it to look. And you can visit other player’s towns if you want to see what your friends are doing, but you’re going on quests and leveling up and getting more powerful gear. Furthermore, Hines also explained “Abyss Mode” which is actually an endless dungeon mode that players can play to see how far their character can survive. Furthermore, he added that “We’re also planning a PvP version where you can go into the arena with your character and battle against other players”. He ended the interview by noting that the Elder Scrolls Blades is a game that players can play the way they want and “making sure we’ve got enough content there to satisfy folks in whichever of those ways they want to play”. Parents of children are being cautioned as a Fortnite hack has resulted in personal information being leaked. A child’s personal information was discovered lying on the dark web following a Fortnite hack threat looming large. For £2.05 each, Log-ins and passwords of gamers are being sold through a Fortnite hack. Online criminals are on a roll pirating credentials of Fortnite users even sensitive details like bank account information. The news was broken as a VPN company named Top10VPN.com exposed the con market of Fortnite being run on the dark web. The Head of Research at Top10VPN.com, Simon Migliano stated: “As one of the biggest games in the world, Fortnite has attracted fraudsters looking to exploit its huge user base. The temptation for criminals is both the breadth of Fortnite’s users – many of whom are children or teenagers – but also the way the game makes its money. In ‘traditional’ games, players would pay a one-off fee to access the content. But Fortnite is free to access before quickly inviting users to buy cosmetic items and passes that can earn rewards.” Parents have since been strongly advised to supervise the Fortnite account of their children. Migliano further added: “By hacking an account, criminals can both rack up significant charges on in-app purchases. The big concern is while the age-rating for Fortnite is 12, a large chunk of its users are young. They, therefore, might not always be aware that high-ranking accounts are a draw to criminals. This is also a worry for parents who might have handed over payment information to their children without realizing that their login details – and therefore their bank account details – are up for sale on the dark web.” The threat posed by the Fortnite hack raises serious concerns as previously such threats have also been faced earlier by the users of the Battle Royale game. EA DICE dropped their latest trailer of Battlefield V yesterday showing us some new maps like “Devastation of Rotterdam” and more. It looks like we will be getting more than just one version of the maps as the level designer has revealed that there will be before version of Rotterdam and an after version. Battlefield Level designer, Matt Wagner confirmed on his Twitter that the map we saw in the trailer was one side of the Rotterdam and he further mentioned that there will be at least 2 urban maps in the game which makes us more exciting than ever. So get ready to play two different maps with different layouts when the game arrives. EA DICE referred to the map by saying: From the shattered streets of Rotterdam to the burning sands of North Africa, Battlefield will never be the same. The trailer brought us some beautiful in-game footage of the maps and vehicles which will be used to cause destruction in the game and it also provided us with a quick look at the battle royale mode. The trailer shows a circle which is similar to Fortnite and PUBG as the trailer shows us soldiers standing in a closed circle. Battlefield V looks really fun and closed Alpha of the game was very well received by everyone and it also provided us with hidden information which was not meant for the public. Despite all the amazing changes and improvements in the game, Battlefield V pre-orders seem to be low this time as compared to Black Ops 4 and Red Dead Redemption. The reason for this is surely the poor marketing strategy by EA who once also said that if you don’t like it then don’t buy it. These Intel Coffee Lake refreshes include Intel Core i9-9900K, Core i7-9700K, and Core i5-9600K which will probably launch by the end of 2018 and Intel Core i5-9400 will launch in Q1 2019. Under the category for the best console game Sony PS4, we see; Marvel’s Spider-Man and Assassin’s Creed Odyssey but following that we also get to see this mysterious, Project Mephisto of which not much is known. So one thing we can gather from all this is that Sony is ready to bring it in, and use the hype and excitement around its mystery, as a tool to capture more positive energy. Apart from that, there have been a few speculations on what the name of this project may suggest but none of them seem to resolve, to anyone definite name. Anyways, whatever it may be, it is good to know that at Gamescom 2018 this Project Mephisto will be featured and hopefully, we will know what it is. Until then fingers are pretty much crossed. Having said that the complete line up of the games at this year’s Gamescom has also been revealed, that includes Ubisoft which has the largest lineup then we also have Focus Home Interactive Lineup as well as Square Enix and Sega. It’s time to rejoice Evil Dead fans as Bruce Campbell is returning but for a video game this time. Earlier this year Bruce Campbell decided to retire from “Ash vs. Evil Dead” which marked the end of an amazing journey of the main protagonist but at least now you will be able to play as him in the upcoming game. Bruce Campbell has retired from the movies but he definitely can do some video games because why not. He teased it back in May that he’s going to do voice over or motion capture for a video game as something in the franchise as he has some “previous obligations”. Now that was enough for the fans to confirm that a new video game is in works and now it’s been confirmed. Bruce Campbell is going to play his role as Ash and do voice acting for the character. Bruce Campbell said: “They are doing a video game. A whole immersive kind of dealio. I’ll be Ash for that because I wouldn’t want someone else’s voice hamming it up.” Now that’s all we know as he didn’t go into further details about the upcoming video game but somehow his comments including “immersive kind of dealio” suggest us that it’s going to be some kind of virtual reality experience. We can’t confirm at the moment exactly what project it’s gonna be so we will have to wait to hear more about it from Ash. A new Evil Dead game is definitely going to make a lot of video game fans happy as it’s been almost 7 years when we saw the last Evil Dead game which happened to be a mobile game. Just imagine that upcoming Evil Dead turns out to be something similar to Evil Within but we playing as Ash and facing some characters from the original movies would be a dream come true.

Devil May Cry 5 will be continuing the story where Capcom left it off in Devil May Cry 4. However, the story isn’t the only thing that Capcom will be continuing in the upcoming game as Devil May Cry 5 control scheme is also same as the Devil May Cry 4. A Reddit user has shared a screenshot of the Devil May Cry 5 control scheme taken from the Capcom’s stream for the game. Turns out Capcom is actually looking to appeal to the hardcore fans of the Devil May Cry series as the Devil May Cry 5 control scheme is almost same as the Devil May Cry 4. This means that fans of the Devil May Cry series will be able to adapt rather easily to Devil May Cry 5 control scheme since it is similar to Devil May Cry 4. Speaking of the game, Gamescom 2018 will soon start soon and there is a good news for the Devil May Cry fans as Capcom will be bringing a playable Devil May Cry 5 demo to the event. Game director Hideaki Itsuno confirmed through his official Twitter account that the Devil May Cry 5 demo is now complete and fans will be able to try it out at Gamescom 2018. The last entry in the Devil May Cry franchise, DMC: Devil May Cry, was a reboot but it didn’t sit well with the hardcore fans of the franchise. However, Capcom is very confident about Devil May Cry 5 and believes that it will please the Fanbase that is still quite large. The project was born because of what the fans want. However, Capcom considers DMC: Devil May Cry to be a good game but understands that there were some fans there weren’t pleased with it. This is not the only good thing coming to Gamescom 2018 as Nvidia has promised “Spectacular Surprises” at Gamescom 2018. The launch of NBA 2K19 is almost here and developers have revealed some interesting changes made in the popular MyTeam mode of the basketball video game. Visual Concepts announced online that the MyTeam mode will be going through some twists and alterations. The developers announced it through a blog post which was conveyed by the Senior Producer for NBA 2K19, Erick Boenisch. The first issue brought forward was to offer more and more packs and content so NBA 2K19 won’t face deficiency in content like the previous title. Further, it was established that players would now frequently be able to get the finest cards. Players might even get the Amethyst card in the start of the game by chance. While Pink card is scheduled for September, the Diamond card would roll in earlier than before. Visual Concepts have also decided to make the card packs layered in NBA 2K19. Moreover, the Throwback packs in NBA 2k19 would actually hold a throwback, unlike the last installment. In addition to that, this time around the modes are going to be different than before. The fresh MyTeam Unlimited and Triple Threat modes will feature in NBA 2K19 instead of the Superman and Pack & Playoffs. MyTeam Unlimited mode lets players contest one-on-one with a lineup of 13 players. Token, card packs and other rewards can be won from this mode. Players can even win the Player of the Month card by going 12-0 up. On the other hand, the Triple Threat mode is a 3-on-3 single player mode. Players can compete against all 30 NBA teams. Furthermore, the mode has an online version too which enable players to compete with fellow players from all over the world. It is called the Triple Threat Online mode. Diablo 3 has been officially announced for Nintendo Switch after recent leaks and Blizzard has mentioned that they put a lot of work into bringing this game to Switch. It took Blizzard almost eight to nine months to port it thus they are going to offer us 60 FPS across all modes whether it’s handheld or docked. Despite being a hybrid, everyone is always concerned about frame rates and resolution on Switch. While speaking to Eurogamer, Blizzard senior producer Pete Stilwell made it very clear that the Switch version of Diablo 3 will run at 60 frames per second in handheld mode and docked mode. The only difference will be in the terms of resolution which is going to be 960p in docked mode and 720p in portable which will not be that much of an issue since you can finally play it on the go. Blizzard is more than just excited to bring the game to Switch as they worked hard on it for months with 9 members working with Nintendo, who also were collaborating with Iron Galaxy, which is known for their port of Skyrim to Switch. Now that’s not all as Nintendo Switch version of Diablo 3 will also bring us some exclusive content with its edition called ‘Eternal Collection’. This collection includes Reaper of Souls and Rise of the Necromancer expansions, along with all the content that has been ever released for the game. It’s going to cost you $59.99. Diablo 3 will also include some exclusive in-game content for the players including the Legend of Ganondorf cosmetic armour set, Chicken pet, Echoes of the Mask cosmetic wings and Tri-Force portrait frame. As for the game, you can play it with up to four people on your Switch or with four people with on different Switch consoles wirelessly or team up online when the Nintendo Switch online service arrives in September. One of the most distinctive titles from early gaming is Spyro and there has been a fair amount of eagerness to see Spyro Reignited Trilogy, among fans lately. It seems like that fans will have to wait a little more, before they are able to get their hands on it, as the devs and the publishers have announced its delay. Developer Toys for Bob and the publisher Activision have recently announced the Spyro Reignited Trilogy release date, to be delayed from 21 September to November 21. So that is about two more months of wait. The reason they have stated is that they do not want to disappoint the fans since there is a lot of excitement among them, to see this trilogy after so many years. Toys for Bob co-studio head Paul Yan said: Everyone here at Toys for Bob is so proud to be reigniting the original Spyro trilogy after all these years. We’re deeply committed to getting these games right, so we’ve decided to move the release date of Spyro Reignited Trilogy to November 13, 2018. Yan further giving hope, to the fans that this is just a small delay to make this trilogy perfect said: I really hoped that you would be rescuing dragons and scorching Rhynocs sooner, but the Trilogy needs more love and care. In November when you’re exploring the Dragon Realms, Avalar, and the Forgotten Worlds, we know you’ll agree the extra time was worth the wait. Back in April Spyro Reignited Trilogy was announced to roll out in September, then following that we did have a few hunches that there was some discontentment from the devs and turns out the designer of the Spyro the Dragon Charles Zembillas did share his disappointment from this upcoming series as well. The right game has the potential to change lives and in this case, save lives. Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice is one of those games as it not only represents what people with psychological conditions see and feel but, Ninja Theory’s latest game has managed to save a life of a boy dealing with psychosis. Twitter user Jessica Prime took to Twitter to thank developer Ninja Theory for their latest game, Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice, as the game saved the life of her second child. According to Jessica, after his son played Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice he convinced her mother to seek medical attention for himself and turns out he was dealing with psychosis. Jessica added that his son wasn’t able to deal with what was happening to him and also planned to kill himself. All of this changed after he played Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice. As I mentioned earlier the right game has the potential to change lives and in this case, save a life and Hellbalde Senua’s Sacrifice has managed to do both of these things. With all the negative press video games get as many believe that violent video games make people or children violent. This is proof that video games are not only a tool to do things people can’t do in real life but they can spread awareness of various social and mental issues among people. For those who don’t know, Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice follows the journey of Senua who is dealing with loss and psychosis, which gets worse as she moves ahead with her journey. The game tells the story through her hallucinations and the environment and can be considered a case study given that Ninja Theory actually developed the game from the input from physiatrist and people dealing with Psychosis. Hellblade Senua’s Sacrifice wasn’t exactly a big-budget AAA title as it was developed under tight budget constraints and with a small team of developers. Despite all that the game was a success and according to the studio itself, they were surprised with the success of the PC version. This is according to Chief creative director Tameem Antoniades, who noted that he was expecting the PS4 version of the game to be way more successful than the PC version. What else would Nintendo Switch fans ask for after the announcement that Blizzard’s Diablo 3 coming to our hybrid console? How about a new edition of Super Mario Bros. U? According to a recent rumor, Nintendo might be releasing it later this year, with exclusive content and the DLC add-on featuring Luigi. The rumor originates from sources connected to Nintendo of Europe and later reported by Comicbook.com. If the source statement is to be believed then a port of the Wii U exclusive Super Mario Bros. U will be heading to Nintendo Switch sometime in the next months. This will mark the third Wii U title to be ported to Nintendo’s latest console, along with Mario Kart 8 Deluxe and Captain Toad’s Treasure Tracker. Along with the basic version of Super Mario Bros. U, Comicbook’s sources reveal that the rumored title will include the New Super Luigi U add-on which was released back in 2013. Apart from that, the source pointed out that the ported game will indeed feature additional new content, however, no further information has been given on that matter. As far as Mario franchise releases on Nintendo Switch goes, the company is doing an excellent job. Super Mario Odyssey and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe are two of Switch’s most popular titles, competing against huge third-party releases like Skyrim and Wolfenstein 2. Mario Tennis Aces and the upcoming Super Mario Party are also two solid additions to the franchise, with potentially more to be released in the future. Apart from all the aforementioned titles, Nintendo is bringing more NES Mario titles to the Switch. The service which releases in September will include Super Mario Bros., Super Mario Bros. 3, and Mario Bros. From here, select “Power” and then choose “Enter Rest Mode” to enable a low-power mode that helps speed up the download rate. However, there is one little change needed beforehand. Head into “Settings” and then find the “Power Saving” functions. Check the box that reads “Stay Connected to the Internet” to ensure that files continue to download during the rest period or else there would be no point. It involves changing the default DNS to use the one from Google instead. Simply head into “Settings” and find the “Network” tab. Pausing and then Resuming The last method to increase download speeds on the PSN could be or not be placebo. There are some who claim the following to work wonders and others who deem it as nothing more than a myth. Hence, the best way to figure out the truth is to personally give it a go. If the download meter is crawling along, pausing and then resuming can result in a significant boost. Simply access your downloads from the notification panel at the top of the home screen and then highlight the intended item. There is probably some logic behind this feat, provided that it works.

One of the biggest draws to Avalanche Studio’s upcoming Just Cause game was the addition of dynamic weather like tornadoes, which you could use to sow even more chaos. Now, a new Avalanche Studios dev diary has shown a lot of what the new Just Cause 4 engine is capable of. Just Cause has always made its money and spectacle on being able to blow up pretty much everything in sight, often to spectacular effect. With a huge variety of cool gadgets, ways to blow stuff up, and the huge amount of potential that the player can use their grappling hook for. And now, with the added weather to Just Cause 4, and whatever other cool weapons that they give us in that game, there’s no telling what new bits of chaos that we’ll be able to cause. With what we see in the Just Cause 4 engine video, we might not even have to use our gadgets a lot of the time, especially considering what we get to see of weather in the trailer. Weather can rip apart buildings and structures of all kinds, ranging from buildings to bridges and more, not to mention what it can do to any vehicles that get caught in its path. That will likely result in even more explosions, and even more chaos, and according to the video every single bit of it will look amazing because of the Just Cause 4 engine’s increased visuals. Not only will the environments in whatever dictatorship you’re visiting look amazing, but the game will also have even better-looking explosions, something that no Just Cause game would be quite complete without. But however it looks, the new Just Cause 4 engine will likely open the way to a huge amount of new opportunities when it comes out for the Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC on December 4.
